Website is a complete FAKE! (stupidly, I didn't do my research first). Appears to be a UK site but actually based in the USA and items are sent from China which I NEVER received. 3 months later and I still don't have my item. Tried to get my money back but owners not interested and kept on fobbing me off with excuse after excuse and provided me with a dodgy tracking number (I doubt they even sent the items to begin with). I still didn't get my money back.
I put in a claim with PayPal who were about as much use as a chocolate fireguard so ended up having to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back.
I'll NEVER buy anything from any sites advertising on Facebook anymore - so sick and tired of all the rip off cowboys on there trying to steal your hard-earned cash!

Total scam but what is worse is companies like this appear to be endorsed by Facebook when I complained to Facebook they said the company were acting within their guidelines, so beware

Overcharged me without permission. Payed £19.99 and £23.99 was taken out my account, items were never delivered. Emails were ignored. Gave PayPal fake tracking saying item was coming from China and gave me different fake tracking saying item was coming from America.
Absolute scam, do not order from this website

wish I had done my research before jumping into buying from this awful company. My order details stated £35 for 2x items I was then somehow charged £42. I tracked my items prior to Christmas watched them come into the uk (also didn’t realise this company ships from abroad) my items have never arrived. I’ve emailed 3x times asking for help with my order and I’ve had no response. So disappointed that someone has taken my money for nothing. Please don’t order from this company.. avoid at all costs!!

Absolute scammers, ordered two charging lamps/ clocks worth £34 before Christmas, tracking number showed parcel in transit for almost a month but never arrived and then when contacted repeatedly they said that the item was returned without being delivered, no reason given. If I still wanted this they would resend it but will cost me shipping this time.On insisting on refund as I no longer wished to get it I am offered a fraction of the actual amount paid.
Still chasing them and very disappointed with the whole process.

Absolute waste of money. I bought myself and family members de-icer cones for Christmas. I ordered them in November...plenty of time for delivery, right! ....wrong. they turned up beginning of January. I used 1 the other day to de ice my car windscreen....what a waste of time, it did nothing. Absolutely rubbish. Back to using a store card. 💪

AVOID this company, they are not who they say they are. I thought I was purchasing from a UK company but no its a Chinese company who I have not heard of and have no contract with. Item arrived faulty and to get a refund would cost more to return than the product. Fraudulent company.

Fraudulent company beware.
I ordered the 5d front-closing bras advertised everywhere.
They send me bras that are half the size ordered. When reaching out I get a reply of £2 refund for €20 spent.
Ridiculous. Sent photos to explain the problem. These online companies need to be held responsible for their mistakes.

Don’t waste your time or money….my item although showing uk email address came from the US. It landed in the UK safely however EVRI have lost it which they confirmed 21 days later. It’s still showing as ‘out for delivery’. This company are not prepared to acknowledge it is lost as it’s still showing in transit. Their email responses are beyond rude and quite petulant in nature.

Complete con...order something pay they provide a tracking number - says delivered but never arrives they refer you to post office who don't recognise tracking number and they won't refund SCAM DO NOT USE!

I ordered a clock via this company. It was delivered however was broken upon delivery. I contacted the company immediately to ask for a replacement or refund. It is now 2.5 months later and despite many communications the company are refusing to refund the product. All that has been offered is a £¬1 refund, followed by a £2 refund and at the moment a £4 refund. This is for a £18 product which was broken upon delivery!

We ordered 3 egg separators, I have reviewed them previously. Cxap design , will never work.
Anyway this review is how to get your money back.
Despite having a UK email address, they have a web site (now blocked by AVG), that says they are a USA couple.
Nope, surprise, surprise China.
They will ask for as many details of the delivery as they can think of, only stopped when I sent them photo of the QR code on the packaging. Then made a dirisery offer of £2, latter upped to £5, to save me the cost of returning the useless cxrap to them.
Pointed out that under distant selling laws in the UK, they are responsible for the return costs, asked for prepaid return addressed label. Only then was the address being in China, given.
Anyway, if you paid by Credit Card, that is the route to go down. I have just received the £16+ refund.
Just always note,
if to good to be true, it's usually Cxpe or a scam.
Pay by Credit Card & then use Charge Back when it is a con.

Dire customer service and support. Items arrived as Christmas gift (my wife failed to see goods from China) … very poor quality, did not work… sent video to prove not working as required… they tried to say I couldn’t prove where it was damaged, before or after transit! Great service eh! Persisted and they eventually offered £5 compensation (product cost £30) … no full refund offered. Persisted again (out of principal as it wasn’t worth the hassle). Said they would consider full refund if I paid postage return and it arrived undamaged. Noting their initial response (I couldn’t prove where damage happened) this was hardly an option, spend more money for more hassle. Raised a complaint and they have not responded..absolutely shocking and a rip off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered the blind date with a book as gifts. What has arrived is a photocopied one chapter leaflet in brown paper.
This is without a doubt a scam of a company.

I was weary with the reviews, but overall this is the first size bra that has done what I needed it to do.
Wouldn’t say fully supported but cup size big enough, maybe instead the front fastening leave it completely without fastening as noticed as tried on the part with the clip may rub as day goes on, and maybe be able to adjust straps as would be what need for the added support.
But for the money I don’t think it’s a bad product at all

Avoid this company at all costs. They scammed me with the blind date with a book. I was promised a proper book and got a typed up photocopied pamphlet clearly in breach of all copyright rules and also only the first two chapters. The rubbish I received was appalling and an insult and took 6 weeks to arrive. It would cost more to return it than the rubbish received was worth! Steer clear!!!

Didn’t receive order as it went to my old address but they were completely unhelpful & expect me to pay again if I want it resent or to take the shipping costs off & item cost off before any refund…….even though it has been sent back to them. Apparently it won’t go back to there original warehouse
Do not use this company, had I known it would take 8 weeks before we even got to this point I wouldn’t have bothered!!!

Horrendous company. Ordered by accident emailed immediately to ask to cancel my order they said it was already shipped out, only then to receive an email 2 weeks later to say item had been shipped. I’ve had several emails ignored. I want to return and to receive my refund yet no one is replying to me. Lesson learnt. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
