Excellent results, great product, very positive experience
I started using these pumpkin seed oil with Saw Palmetto capsules because I was concerned about losing hair while losing weight. I have not lost ANY hair after losing over 40 pounds in a little over 3 months! I’ve experienced NO SHEDDING!
The stuff works! I looked into other less expensive brands but they do not have the same dosage of pumpkin seed oil & Saw Palmetto, so I will be sticking with this brand.
I was able to adjust the subscription to less frequent delivery because I purchased multiple bottles upfront, therefore I did not need a replacement bottle within a month. You can change the date of the delivery as you want.
I had no issues with the subscription, am getting great results and I feel this product is well worth the price.

They delivered my order to the wrong address. After a month of arguing, they agreed to send a replacement, but then still charged me for it. Unbelievable. This company is a huge scam.

don't trust with personal data
I subscribed and used the product for 3 months. It was effective, I was keen to continue but around xmas they emailed me to say that my payment method wasn't working and needed to be updated. My card was fine with other retailers, but I tried anyway, no luck. Tried another card, no luck. Contacted customer services who suggested I make a new subscription and then cancel the old one, which seemed like an inelegant solution at best and exposed me to the risk of paying twice so I didn't do this. Asked fir alternatives, they said it's okay because they can see I made a new order and it had been delivered - I didn't and it hadn't. They then shared the email address of another customer to verify my order. I told them that's not me, they then sent that woman's full name, email and home address. At this point it's clear they're not au fait with GDPR and after that clear breach of data protection I've just asked them to delete me from all databases and unsubscribed from their mailing lists. Honestly it's been like a comedy of errors except it's not funny, they've wasted so much of my time (the email thread was 18 messages long when I cut it off) and exposed another client's personal data. Do not use.

Be Aware
I bought the product on a buy-one-get-one-free deal and did not notice that I should remove the subscription button. This is not acceptable ! So I managed to cancel my subscription (not easy) and delete my debit card. I hope it will work. This morning I received the tracking information, and the product comes from CHINA!!, so be aware.

A scam
Never arrived and although I contacted the team and they reassured me it was one time purchase, I was charged again one month later .. that's about 200 dollars while got absolutely nothing. I had to go for a dispute with the bank and got my money back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Believe me, when you purchase once, they’ve got a hold on you. They take money every month from your account, even when you tell them over and over again that you don’t want them they still do it. I got my bank to block them. In the last 18 days they have tried to take the money from my account 9 times. Its fraud. I have cancelled the unwanted subscription numerous times and they still tried to take my money out

Same story as a lot on here, and I should have come here first. I purchased what I thought was a one off product, which didn't work in the slightest anyway. Unbeknown to me that I was automatically put on a subscription. I didn't realise until my bank statement alerted me. I immediately emailed the company twice as there were two different contact emails you could use and they claim you can get a refund before dispatch. To then have no email back at all, no refund and they still sent out the product again!. Scammers!

PLEASE BE VERY WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY
One very unhappy customer here - I would like to share my experience with this company:
Unfortunately this product didn't work for me, which is very disappointing in itself, but I understand that sometimes happens - what I feel really upset and manipulated over is that Bloom and Bond have refused to uphold their promise of a full refund after 90 days if the product doesn't work. It was on that basis that I tried the product, knowing that I wasn't potentially going to lose my money- I was happy to take the risk of it not working as long as I could get the money back if it didn't work for me.
However, although I put my claim in correctly as stated in their terms and conditions, between 90 days and 120 days after first use, they have used delaying tactics and promises that it will be looked in to etc etc and are now saying they won't refund me because the time limit is up. I can't count how many emails there have been back and forward between my first request at the beginning of January and now.
I am truly appalled at the amount of different excuses they have come up with for delaying, and I wanted to make sure that other potential customers are, at the very least, fully informed of this before they too part with their money.
Having checked on Trustpilot I can see numerous other people have had issues with their customer service. I wish I hadn't believed their false promise of a full refund but I really had no idea they wouldn't honour it when the time came.

Perimenopause has caused me to shed a lot of hair, & my hair line has receded a little making me very self conscious. I tried lots of ‘solutions’ which made no difference, until I finally found these capsules & serum. The shedding has reduced drastically & my hairline is also growing back, so i will continue taking these forever!
Be careful - when you buy you enter a subscription!
The website is not clear that when you buy you are entering into a subscription. There is no telephone number to call and cancel. A very frustrating situation.

I cant believe how lovely they have been for so long. I have often sent flowers from Bloom & Wild, and they have always been beautifully selected and packed, and have always delighted the recipients.

I ordered 1 bottle of pumpkin oil and went through the payment process to pay the introductory price of $9.94. As I presses pay now, it changed to $99 for 2 bottles plus 2 'free' bottles. Despite writing to them 6 times I havent had a reply. They have sent me emails saying the products are on their way. I don't want them. I wamt MY money back. This is a thoroughly disreputable company behaving criminally

This is a SCAM. Wish I’d read the reviews. They subscribe you without consent then ignore your attempts to resolve the issue. I wrote to them at least 6 times before I realised the scam. This is deceptive practice. Illegal to subscribe a customer without consent. I ordered once and received a bottle that was not securely sealed so I had no intention to use it. You can imagine my reaction when I realise they deducted another amount because they subscribed me without consent. Had to raise a complaint through PayPal as the only way to deal with it. Save your money, buy from a reputable site.
