So I purchased what I thought was a one…
So I purchased what I thought was a one off order with this company. What I didn’t know was that they signed me up for a subscription that I didn’t agree to. It was only when I noticed a second payment from my bank account that alerted me to this scam. No emails in relation to subscription, just taking money out of my account without my permission. I’ve had to report it to my bank as fraudulent to try to get a refund. Don’t buy from these, they’re scammers!!!

I know that there are a lot of bad reviews on here, and I was skeptical to purchase, but I have never had a problem.
I got my product in a reasonable timeframe, the product worked excessively well and stopped hair fallout, and when I changed address I couldn’t get in the website to update, so I emailed them for help, and they proactively followed up to make sure I was able to do what I needed.
Honestly, game changer of a product for me and I will keep using.

Signs you up to a subscription with authorisation! I purchased a three month trial for £50.97… and then a month later £53.97 came out of my account. Still had no response to requesting my money back!

This company is a sham!! They set you up with a subscription. They don’t respond to messages and they delete your social media comments asking for a reply.
Do not trust them.
I will be reporting them to trading standards UK

I made an impulse purchase and then decided that I didnt want the order.
I contacted customer service who cancelled the order for me and issued a refund promptly. They also cancelled the subscription that I had inadvertently signed up to.
No drama, no issues, just very pleasant customer service.
DON’T BUY FROM THEM … Absolute…

Disgraceful how they enter you into subscription without your consent and then use delay tactics to stop your attempts to withdraw from the so called agreement. What comes around will go around. I'm using the serum in conjunction with…
I'm using the serum in conjunction with Flo brush and taking a pumpkin seed/saw palmetto gel capsule from another company. I also take a daily Lambert's florisene tablet as receommended to me by a trichologist and I micro-needle my scalp once a week and apply a hair growth oil afterwards. It's impossible for me to pinpoint which of these is the most effective but the combination is definitely working. My hair thinned from a combination of ill health, medication and unfortunate genetics. Since I started the regime I now follow, my hair is definitely thicker and I no longer feel I have to hide my thin patches with hair fibres.
Automatic subscription
The initial order was delivered fairly promptly however I didn't read properly that it was an automatic subscription. They took my second payment on 22 January and I'm still waiting for them to arrive having been dispatched 24th January. They've been stuck in transit with Evri since 29th Jan and no suggestion of where they are on when they'll be delivered. I just want a refund now to be honest and my requests are being ignored.

Absolute scammers these lot
Absolute scammers these lot. Sign you up for a subscription without telling you, then even when it's been cancelled they reactivate it without your permission. I contacted them within seconds of the payment going out and they used evasive and delaying tactics deliberately for days until after the fraudulent order had shipped. They're now telling me I can return it once it's arrived. Absolute scam and shysters.

Think twice before ordering from here. At no point did I agree or sign up to a subscription nor have any email from them to confirm I did. As the item was dispatched they offered a 25% refund - i replied highlighting i did not set up a subscription in the first place, that i immediately replied to state this but I received no response until aftet the item was dispatched- of course then 'too late'. I've heard nothing from them since. It's shocking that companies can get away with this.

Awful Customer Service
I ordered the the pumpkin seed oil on recommendation from a friend. I did notice a difference in that my hair was not shedding. In November I received an email to say there was a problem with my card and kept receiving emails to that affect. I emailed them and was advised to reorder which I did. My original order/subscription was £26.98 per month. The new order cost me including postage, which I didn't pay for before was over £70. The long and short of it is they would not give me any refund unless I returned one pot of the capsules which I probably would of needed to pay the postage. This would not of happened is there was not a error their end (which they did admit to). Product worked - customer service rubbish !

Unauthorized charge after cancellation.
Unauthorized charge after confirmed cancellation. Account showed no subscription at the time of charge. Support appears automated with no help whatsoever, had to dispute with bank. Shady practices and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.
