Phone staff were very friendly and patient , however, staff should be more informed with what they can and cannot do with regards to delivery.
I was given a time and date for delivery;which was perfect, only to find they hadn't been delivered. I then called to find out why there was a delay only to find out they could not deliver on the day I was given. I was told they had no florist to liase with on that day and they would have to deliver the following day...unacceptable...I would have accepted the explanation had I been contacted about the problem but I had to call them to find out why they hadn't arrived.....I therefore cancelled my order and will try a different florist

Worst flower delivery I've ever had
First time I ordered a bouquet, the delivery was never made. After calling and asking why, the receptionist said a glitch caused the warehouse to not receive the order. When the next delivery date came, they dropped off the flowers at a VASTLY different time than instructed so they weren't received correctly. Instructions were for after 5pm, delivery was made before 11am. Lastly the flowers I ordered were not even CLOSE to resembling what the picture portrayed. Worst delivery I ever seen by far.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order.
The bouquet delivered to my father in the hospital looked nothing like what was advertised. While I understand substitutions can happen, this was a significantly smaller and inferior arrangement and did not reflect the “supersize” option that was purchased.
In addition, the delivery was late, which further impacted what was meant to be a thoughtful gesture during a difficult time.
This experience fell well below expectations, and I do not feel the product delivered reflected the value paid. I would expect this order to be reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.

STAY AWAY! This company tricks you into thinking you are ordering from a local florist with same day delivery. They then email saying same day delivery is not an option and send the flowers from a warehouse in Auckland. Terrible response via online chat and no response to emails.

Do not ever spend your hard earned money with this company. I ordered $100.00 worth of a bouquet for my wife's birthday and all i got was something they probably picked up at a gas station. Actually gas station would have better flowers.
When I contacted them, not once they apologised for what they did, but told me, they will offer me "in house credit" like i will order from you guys again.

I ordered flowers, etc. over $100 for my daughter and her new baby to be delivered to the hospital. It said same day delivery or next day. I picked the next day delivery. I then get an email saying they can’t deliver till days later. She was no longer at the hospital so I told them this and said she lives out of town so no there is no point. I asked for a refund, emails went back and forth for a week and today they said nope you can’t have your money back you can only have in-store credit only! I hardly ever buy flowers. Completely Disgusted in this company.
Very Sketchy Company - BEWARE!
If I could rate a 0 I would. I placed an order that was never received, got an automatic email that the delivery was rescheduled to weeks down the line. And I have been trying to speak with Customer Service and Management for over a month now trying to get a refund for an order that has still not been received. Customer Service is very dodgy and will try to just get you off the phone and “follow up later” with an email from Management. No email comes and you’re stuck in a continuous loop of following up. Don’t waste your money.
This time around was awful
This time around was awful. I placed and order of roses and truffles this morning with same day delivery at a fee. I was watching closely as I wanted to ensure delivery was done as expected.
The website updated as "delivered" but that was not the case. So I try to use the chat feature - absolutely trash. Does not connect with a human even after waiting over an hour and messaging twice more. So I call. The person on the phone was SO rude. Zero customer service skills. Talking over me, not actually allowing me to ask my questions. Once I WAS able to speak, I was told that delivers are not done on Mondays. There was absolutely no indication on the website of this. I was able to select today, and was charged as much without issue. Nothing was provided as a resolution. Now, I have to cancel and wait for a refund and connect with another company to hope that I can get this out today.

We paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to an address in St Thomas, Ontario. Delivery date was confirmed to be in March 15, 2026 between 10am and 1pm.
We called customer service to inquire why it was not delivered and we were told that they were not able to send since the basket was not available and hence no delivery are done on the promised date.
We told them to provide a different bouquet and it would be acceptable to us. We got no response. When asked to speak to owner or supervisor, she disconnected the phone line.
Embarrassing
Ordered flowers for my sister and her kids for the loss of her husband and their dad. I ordered one arrangement for her and two for the two kids families. With the amount of money I spent I should not have been embarrassed for what was sent. Not only did we not get exactly what the picture showed but, the flowers were already dying when delivered.
I will never use Bloomex again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
Misrepresentation & Mishandling
Do not order anything from Bloomex. I ordered a bouquet of tulips as a sign of spring for someone who will likely will not live long enough to enjoy this spring. I understand that florists don't always have the flowers ordered & need to make replacements. However, I find it interesting that Bloomex didn't have tulips when every grocery store, Costco, etc. all have tulips large supplies of tulips right now.
In addition to not being able to supply the type of bouquet I ordered, Bloomex arbitrarily decided to create a "Designer's Choice" without any consultation with me, the customer, as to what was available that might be a reasonable substitute. As a result, Bloomex sent a bouquet of flowers that completely missed the mark on the purpose for sending them. When I asked to see a picture of what you sent, Bloomex wasn't able to supply one. They also were not sure exactly what went into the bouquet. My understanding was that there might have been daisies & roses as part of the bouquet which would be two of the last type of flowers I would have chosen.
The person who received these flowers needed a lift during her final stage of her life. Bloomex diminished that through their actions by sending something that would fall very short by misrepresenting the meaning behind my original choice.
Their solution to this was to offer a store credit that I would need to spend on a my next order with your business. This is an absolutely insulting & unreasonable way to deal with this situation, especially since I never plan to use their service again.

My sister who isn't flush with money sent me a Bloomex bouquet for my birthday. . She received an email telling her the flowers would be delivered a day later than promised. That meant they were left in a Purolator truck overnight in -0c obviously some of the flowers were frozen and others wilted. I was heartbroken especially when I didn't want my sister to know as she was so excited to send me birthday flowers. Do not buy from Bloomex !?!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an $84 “Deluxe” flower arrangement for my colleague’s birthday, but what was delivered was extremely poor quality — only six stems of flowers, which looked nothing like what was advertised.
I filed a complaint and requested that the flowers be redelivered with an arrangement of the same value, but I was told this could not be done. I received no real response, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the issue from the company.
When I called again to follow up on the status of my complaint, the only thing they could say was “sorry, there is nothing we can do.” I also emailed them photos of the flowers, yet they never replied or acknowledged the email.
There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing.
I obviously will not be using their service again, and I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I ordered flowers for a wake
I ordered flowers for a wake, on the 4th of March for the 6th of March, 2026. I called the day prior to ensure order was rec'd and correct. They confirmed that the order would be rec'd at the home on the 6th of March by Noon. The order was not rec'd when i called them they said the order was was not processed and could not be delivered on the 6th. And they would deliver on the 7th, which would not suffice, since the family was not on site on the 7th. When i called, over and over the wait time on phone was 30 plus minutes and they kept passing me from person to person. To date they have not refunded me, work in progress. I will not be ordering from Bloomex in the future, I was scrambling to re-order for the wake and found 1 company that would do at the last minute Evangeline Flowers;

The flowers received on Woman's day were disappointing. They weren't fresh and the guard petals were worn out and edges were cut. The courier knocked the door and left the flowers at the door step, any passerby could have taken them and walked away. Sent them an email and they haven't replied back as yet.
