Terrible customer service they outright…

Terrible customer service they outright lie. Ordered a sympathy bouquet early in the morning to delivered that afternoon, Saturday February 21, 2026. 45 minutes after they had my credit card payment Bloomex sends a text that the flowers will not be delivered until Tuesday.
I replied to the text immediately to cancel the order because my kids work full-time no one will be home on Tuesday to take delivery.
Got a text confirming my order would be delivered on Tuesday. So I phoned explained I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund on credit card. That lady said ok my order is cancelled and would be refunded.
After two hours of no text message or email confirming the cancellation. I sent a follow up email.
At 1:45 am Sunday morning I get an email confirming the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday with some kind of upgrade.
Tuesday comes no flowers.. I check order status online says my order is "under investigation" no refund on my credit card
I phoned Bloomex again.. this time I was told my order was cancelled on Saturday the 1:45 am email was automatic but no flowers delivered due to cancellation.. Ok where is my refund? Oh now I am told that they usually give a store credit for a future purchase.. I says "No, I want a full refund on my credit card". so the lady tells on the phone I will get a refund in 2-3 business days from today.
Yesterday Wednesday I check order status on website it was changed from under investigation to "Paid". I phone Bloomex a 3rd . I says I want a refund on my credit card.. the guy says why? I tell him I did not get any flowers.. tell him the whole messy story again. He says he will advance my case to his supervisor requesting a full refund.
he did change the order status from "Paid" to "Refund Pending".
this morning Thursday Feb. 26, I got a text message from Bloomex stating my ordered was refunded.. I checked credit card has a refund.
Yesterday I went to local florist bought the flowers in person, they delivered them promptly yesterday afternoon. My kids are delighted.
Never ever order from Bloomex. Lesson learnt.

Very very poor

Would never use this company again my…

Would never use this company again my fault for not reading the reviews before placing an order within this company. My order was late by three days no surprise there as plenty of reviews have said this also when my order finally arrived everything was broken. They did not want to rectify the situation whatsoever, and when they finally emailed me back, all they told me was information. I already knew which was basically my order regurgitated back to me in their own words, which did not solve the problem or offer any help or suggestions on how to fix the problem. To all who view their site please save yourself a headache and your money and do not order from here. Flowers are garbage price prices aren’t as cheap as they claim to be. And this company is literally just a headache. Quality does not match what they claim on their site and their customer service is crap.

I received a sympathy basket of flowers…

I received a sympathy basket of flowers from a group of friends. The box was thrown on the back deck , family was home, flowers were overwatered and frozen dead. When called and emailed several times I was told they do not do refunds, customer service was poor, no phone etiquette whatsoever. Never ever use this company!! Bloomex deserves a zero and I hope they go out of business! Call a local florist !

Never Order from Bloomex!

I’ve ordered from Bloomex roughly 20 times over the years. The past 3 times I’ve ordered they’re most expensive, upgraded flowers they arrived dead. The flower arrangements were tiny, squished and wilting. My most recent order was for my wife’s birthday. I tried to use the credit they gave me for sending me dead roses on Valentines. I requested early morning delivery on her birthday and halfway though the day of they advised me they’ll deliver them next day with an “upgrade”. Well, they showed up frozen and wilting with dollar store cookies as an upgrade. Never again.

I placed an order for Valentine's Day

I placed an order for Valentine's Day, but it was never delivered, nor was it left at my door. When I emailed them, they took two days to respond with a bogus excuse, claiming I wasn't home.
​Nobody answers the phone when I try to reach customer service. However, if I select the option to 'place a new order,' they pick up immediately. Their customer service is non-existent. Do not shop here.
​If you've already made a purchase and can't get a refund, contact your bank to open a dispute (chargeback). The bank can fill out a short form and recover your money on your behalf.

Don't make this mistake!

Twice bitten, never again. Zero reliability and no customer service.

​I have given Bloomex two chances in the last year, and they failed miserably both times.

​Mother’s Day: They delivered the wrong product two days early, completely ruining the surprise and the intended quality.

​Valentine’s Day: They failed to deliver at all. To make matters worse, they didn't even notify me of the cancellation until the day after it was supposed to arrive.

​As of now, I have received no refund, and customer service has completely ignored my emails. It is one thing to have a logistical error; it is another to take a customer's money and provide zero communication or resolution.

Save your money and your sanity—use a local florist instead. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

AVOID THIS FLOWER DELIVERY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I paid extra for same-day delivery. I placed the order early in the morning. I called multiple times and when I finally managed to get in touch with someone there, I was explicitly reassured that the order was confirmed and that the flowers would be delivered the same day. They were not. No delivery. No honesty. No accountability. No empathy. No decency.
What makes this worse is not the money - it’s what they took from me...
I told them on the phone that I am over 5,000 miles away from my wife, and this was my way of surprising her on Valentine’s Day. That moment - that gesture - cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or replaced. Had they simply told me they could not deliver, I would have had time to order from a serious, responsible, professional company. Instead, they misled me and wasted the one thing that actually mattered: the opportunity to express love on the day meant to celebrate it.
In my experience, this company operates with shocking unprofessionalism, makes promises it does not honor, and gives customers assurances that turn out to be pure lies. The entire process felt deceptive, careless, and deeply disrespectful!

This is not just poor service...it is a complete violation of trust!

A truly pitiful and shameless display from a company that clearly does not understand responsibility, integrity, or the emotional importance behind what they claim to deliver.

Be aware the business appears to be associated with Florist.ca (another scam).

If you had a similar experience, take action! Do not limit yourself to posting complaints — report it through official channels!

Worst flowers ever received

My granddaughter sent me flowers for Valentines and when I received them they were pretty much dead. I was shocked when I opened them. I can't believe they would send anything like this in that condition to anyone. My granddaughter is on a very limited income and goes to University and does not have money to throw away.
I sent pictures not only to my granddaughter but to Bloomex customer service. I did not get a reply after sending 2 emails and called them a couple days later. I talked to a representative from Bloomex named Lily which was very nice and understanding and had told me that my granddaughter would receive a refund back to her credit card and an email confirming this. Hours later, I receive an email telling me that she will not be getting a refund that as it not their policy to refund and she would only receive a credit for more flowers. After this poor experience of what we received and lack of communication to my emails this is unexcuseable.
This kind of customer service only make us never to to use or refer Bloomex again. This will not be the only review I write. I will definitely make sure anyone wanting to order from them to refer them somewhere else.
We have learned to read reviews first.
Please don't consider Bloomex to any loved ones, actually, anyone!

I ordered red roses and orchids

I ordered red roses and orchids, a flower arrangement called 'crazy for you', to be delivered on Valentine's day. Bloomex delivered a bunch of greenery with pink margaritas and three ORANGE roses on the 13th of February!!! thru their subsidiary Florist.ca. They never replied to my complains on their website or to my emails. No refund, no second flowers delivered, and gave no excuses. Just silence. What a scam. Don't use their services ever.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday but accidentally put in the wrong date for delivery so I got in touch with bloomex who was extremely helpful and changed the delivery date for me my sister received the flowers yesterday and was delighted with them, I have ordered from bloomex before and always had nice flowers delivered

A company that takes advantage of an elderly woman

Really disappointing experience, taking advantage of an elderly woman.

My mother ordered flowers from abroad and when they were unable to deliver to my address, they kept asking my mum to pay more for delivery. When I called to complain, I was told my mum "willingly" gave them more money.

The customer service representative also said they do not offer refunds ever and there is no one to escalate complaints to and hung up on me.

I've seen a ton of similar reviews. I suggest that anyone who has had a similar experience reports them to the consumer complaint bureau so that together we can stop this ongoing scam.

So my husband ordered me purple roses…

So my husband ordered me purple roses through Bloomex. They were to be delivered valentines day sat feb 14th . Fri he gets a text saying they will arrive today .keep in mind i travel for work and we had arranged for me to come home sat for valentines .Friday after speaking with the delivery guy he says they told me to me them back and would be delivered a fresh bouquet sat! Sat no flowers arrived. Bloomex tried to say at 310pm someone refused delivery lol shawn has text message from hours before of driver saying they said bring them back etc nothing came sat or sun and of course Monday was family day. Tues finally arrives and yaaay they are finally coming ... when he ordered he accidentally ordered 2 vases but didnt care lol now I'll have 2 . Flowers come Tues late afternoon...only one vase ...and im not sure if the person was colour blind but they are pink ...and dingy 😢😤 of course cause valentines was now 3 days ago. We are now only thurs and they are already turning brown...I was not gonna say anything but to fix this all they gave him a 23 dollar credit ?!?! First 3 are from wed morning last 2 are from this morning. He works hard for his money and was so happy to surprise and thanks to bloomex the poor man had disappointment after disappointment

They picked up their delivery day, not what I chose

I ordered flowers to be delivered for February 14, paid and got delivery confirmation, a few days later I got an email indicating flowers will be delivered 13 February, no explanation no options just that.
DO NOT buy from this vendor, they do not honor their commitment and they will do whatever they want, unprofessional, unconsidered and lack of respect and commitment.

The worst business I have ever dealt…

The worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. They are disgusting people. I spent over $200 dollars on a bouquet and the sent the wrong bouquet, they sent cheaper flowers. They promised to give me in store credit, no one got back to me after almost 2 months, I called in multiple times and experienced the rudest customer service in my life. They have no manners and barely speak English.

I would give this company negative stars

I would give this company negative stars if it was available. Not only did my valentines order get "delayed", but when I called to inquire about the missed delivery I was promised it would arrive the following morning. When it still didn't arrive and I called again, I was hung up on. So I called again only to be told it could be delivered later in following week. I promptly rejected the order and demanded a full refund. Needless to say the flowers arrived almost a week later, dead, and not even what I had originally ordered. This company is a scam. Convenient, maybe but I have learned my lesson and will shop locally from now on. The customer service is ignorant as is most 3rd party companies these days. Sadly no-one cares about the customer any more. Save your sanity and don't use this company.

They accepted my Valentine’s Day flower…

They accepted my Valentine’s Day flower order, took my payment, and then silently canceled it without sending a single notification — no email, no call, nothing. By the afternoon, when the flowers still hadn’t arrived, I had to contact them myself just to find out what happened. Only then was I told the order was canceled because my address was “outside their delivery range.”

This makes zero sense. I entered my city and postal code while placing the order — so why was the order accepted in the first place? Why does the website allow checkout if delivery isn’t available? And why wasn’t I informed immediately so I could make alternate arrangements?

To make matters worse, customer service showed no accountability or empathy. The representative spoke as if I was the problem, not their system failure. Because of their negligence, I had to scramble last minute on Valentine’s Day trying to fix a situation they created.

False advertising, poor communication, and terrible customer service. Completely ruined an important occasion.

I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them unless you want uncertainty and stress instead of service.

Horrible Company to order from

Horrible Company to order from. They ruined our arrangement for a funeral and refused to refund us. The flowers were already dying and the card was totally wrong. They hide behind a no refund policy even when they provided a horrible product. So much for their 100% happy customer motto too. Don't order from them.
