Don't use this company

Don't use this company, like others the flowers I ordered eventually arrived a month later, dead with a pkt of Arnott's biscuits for compensation.
There was excuses, promises lots of emails but still no flowers - alive.
Will read reviews in the future.

Donot order from bloomex at all from any location .It will ruin your big day i placed an order for Valentine’s day for my fiancee they didn't delivered my order and then i got email it was delivered. He never received anything from them i spent like 176$ .its a terrible customer service as well nobody answers your call and i am still waiting to get connected to them to get my refund .It's a terrible company plus terrible customer service beaware donot order anything from them its a big scam .

Bloomex/Florist.ca - Scam company. Do not ever, under any circumstances, use these people. Do not provide them your credit card information. Total scam. They over charged my credit card and refuse to give the money back. They provided 8 roses, skimpy looking Charlie Brown Christmas tree bouquet but took the money off my credit card for a full, beautiful (in the picture) bouquet. They will use their fine print to essentially replace whatever you have purchased and instead send a Dandelion and claim without even telling you that what they sent is part of your terms and conditions when purchasing from them.

I placed an order on Feb 13 th and the flowers were never delivered .
I then call twice and after telling your employee and asked him what happened he hung up on me.
I called then a bit later and spoke to a guy named Florence who explained that Bloomex was overwhelmed with deliveries .
I respect that but your company should advise me by email .
I will never order from you guys again and in fact you should close your business because you guys are a scam and full of it.
The fkowers were ordered on feb 13 and deliverybis for feb 18!
Thats bloody 5 days later
The only positive thing i can say is about Florence from customer service who did a get a good job in taking care of me
I hope the flowers are fresh
I will never order from Bloomex again

Total scam artists

Total scam artists! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
They won’t allow delivery address changes, to talk to a manager, or a refund! The lady “ Lilly” from customer service was from an Indian call centre and barely speak English! Then they charged my credit card 3 X! I had to call my bank and the fraud squad! Then cancel my credit card!

They are scam artists! All from India!
Do not! Give your credit card!
What a total nightmare.

I don't even want to give 1 star Did not deliver products ordered even after confirming delivery date morning of delivery then tells me it will be 2 -3 more days before delivery can happen I paid for delivery Feb 14. Company is dishonest and flowers are crap

Flowers are nonesence, no stems just flower heads with 2" stems. Charged extra to deliver on saturday but delivered them on friday. Dishonest company with poor quality product. The last time the vase showed up broken this time flowers are crap. Avoid this company.

Totally scam!!! Stay away from Bloomex and Florist.ca

Totally scam!!!! Don't buy anything from this company, or their fake Florist.ca. Both of the name are the same player, and have same attitude. Ignoring customer, didn't care their customer after payment received. Once payment is gone thru, then don't bother to talk to them.
I placed my order on the 10th Feb, for delivery for my partner birthday on the 14 Feb.
*order 05313677: Love & Laughter (supersize) LF100-01
They delivered the wrong flower, which I ordered, lack of colour, lack of number of flowers, in comparision on the photo of their website.
Very hard to communicate with them, no responsive with number emails sent, with request to correct the details of shipping, which they had it wrong on my order. They didn't care about their customer

AWFUL

I have used this company 8 times. The second time they sent dead flowers but at least replaced them after I complained. The 5 time the flowers never arrived. The latest time exactly the same. Customer care is NONE existent. The company has had enough chances with me and I will NEVER use them again.

Find another flower service

I have used Bloomex multiple times a year and have mostly been pleased with the service and quality of the flowers. This time, however was different. I ordered flowers for my two daughter's in different locations for Valentine’s Day. Only one received the flowers after I spent the extra money to make sure they would arrive on time. I called and waited for over an hour for no answer. I even tried the online chat Help Desk, which didn’t answer until I continuously asked questions. Only then did I get a response to let me know that they won’t be delivered. Terrible customer service!

I ordered flowers and a bottle of wine for my wife 2 days before Valentines Day when I was out of town. I was surprised that she never called me to say thanks.The reason was she didn’t is that she never received. I spent an hour on calls and email and never got through to anyone or a response. Never ever trust this company go with FTD they always deliver or another reputable company but don’t very was Bloomex when it’s important!!!!!

I ordered flowers to be sent to my Mom…

I ordered flowers to be sent to my Mom on Valentine's Day because my Dad recently passed away and I wanted to make her smile. On the day I received an email saying they cancelled my order. I called, waited an hour to speak to someone and they said they couldn't fulfill it so cancelled the order - no reason and they couldn't have cared less. Don't put your trust in them. Most people order flowers for a special / emotional reason and they really should start caring. Horrible!!

Do not use Bloomex

Highly recommended never using this business for anything, they cancelled my order because they were too busy but never had the decency to contact me and let me know. Only found out when I checked the tracking information since it was middle of night I was unable to go elsewhere. Getting a hold of customer service is a complete nightmare started talking thru chat no answers then was on hold for an hour to get call answered, only to be told they couldn't fulfill order, they could have at least contacted me to let me know

Never order from them!

Never order from them!! Flowers are NOT what is portrayed online. Spent over $70 on flowers for mother in law's birthday and she ended up getting 3 roses, a few mums and a couple sprigs of greenery. Emailed them and they issued a store credit FOR LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. Figured I would give them a chance to make it better and ordered some plants with the credit- order never arrived and could not reach anyone on the phone or *24 hour* live chat. Thus company should be shut down and shouldn't be able to operate.

Made the mistake of ordering from Bloomex

Made the mistake of ordering from bloomex before checking the reviews.

Ordered a fruit basket as a gift to a family member living in Canada. Delivery was attempted at 5 in the morning, so of course no one answered. Was told on their live chat it would be $15 to attempt redelivery. I was then ignored on their live chat and email for several days. Ended up giving them a call, and had a very unhelpful, clearly unhappy person on the phone restated it was $15 to get it redelivered. By this point I had looked at the reviews and only wanted a refund. They refused, and I couldn’t speak to a manager or someone authorised to do this.

The fruit basket was delivered, but it only contains a handful of apples and oranges and a small pineapple. Very poor quality for the price paid.

Due to the poor quality items and terrible customer service I am reviewing Bloomex one star. Avoid this company and their bad business practices.

A Disaster

Absolutely shocking experience.

I ordered two flower arrangements and only one showed up — and it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of fixing their mistake properly, I was told to go and pick it up myself from a stranger’s house. Unbelievable. Since when does the customer have to solve the company’s delivery problems?

Customer service was basically non-existent. No real solution, no accountability, just excuses.

And the flowers? Even worse. The bouquet looked sad and neglected. The roses were already wilting, with petals literally falling off. There were only three stalks of greenery — that’s it. The rest were just tired-looking roses that looked like they had given up on life. It was honestly embarrassing to receive something in that condition.

For something meant to celebrate a special occasion, this was a complete letdown. Very disappointing experience overall.

Wrong flowers delivered.. no refund

If I could rate this zero.. I would.
Ordered Valentine's flowers for my brother's girlfriend because he is currently serving in the military in another country.
I spent $125 for Lilies (her favourite flowers). They sent a $70 bouquet of pink roses. I emailed. No response. I called and, after almost half an hour of being on hold, got in touch with a lady who told me that they can't give me a refund and that they were out of stock of lilies.

Don’t order from here! Scam

Ordered a medium bouquet of pink flowers. Flowers were blue? And were not the same flowers as advertised and it is super small and lots of leaf. For a medium bouquet there are three flowers. Unacceptable.

READ REVIEWS FIRST

My experience is my own fault since I didn’t check reviews before I ordered. Flowers for a friend were sent a day after the date on the order, They were in pathetic condition, looked like they had been frozen.
After contacting by phone first I got nowhere,so I tried emailing (with pictures). I wanted a refund to my credit card and was told either a store credit( question...WHAT STORE) or a redo of the order.
This has been going on since Jan 27th 2026. Emails back and forth, another phone call as well and I finally said I'd take a gift basket they offered but I wanted it sent to me ( the billing address) not to my friend ( who by the way is 94yrs old) . She was so upset that she didn’t want anything in their place, just wanted me to get my money back.
Any emails I've sent ( too many to count by now) get answered, but what I write gets ignored and the company keeps sending me false information and when I reply back, my reply gets ignored for days.
This is Bloomex.ca or Florist.ca. The emails flip back and forth so I'm guessing they are one and the same. There are so many email addresses they use that I'm never sure what's going on.
I can only imagine that the company does this to the customer on purpose to frustrate them so we give up.
At this point it's not about the money ($68.00) it's about the idea that there are companies (or people) who feel this is okay to do to customers and think it's an easy way to make a buck.
PLEASE, IF YOU'RE READING THIS "DON'T" ORDER FROM BLOOMEX OR FLORIST.CA.
There's so much more I can say about this experience but there's no point, I think you get the picture.
