I placed an order from this company on Saturday May 9/26 for my daughter for Mother's Day and then received an email stating due to high volume orders my order would be delivered on Tuesday May 12th and each day l call l am told it will be delivered today and today never comes! They will not refund your money, you will only get an in store credit and of course l know that's a joke because if they didn't deliver the 1st order l certainly will never go back for a second time around! This company takes your money but you never get your order!!! SHAME ON YOU BLOOMEX!! YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!! BUYERS BEWAARE!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOU ORDER AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

Worst flower delivery I’ve ever experienced. The medium « warm toned bouquet in mason jar » ended up being just limp and overblown tulips in a container (not mason jar) of mud water. Oh, and it was delivered 3 days after the requested date that was confirmed on order.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they delivered to the wrong address. They took photos of the delivery but it wasn’t my house and are refusing to give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. THEY WONT HELP YOU WHATSOEVER. ZERO INTEREST IN MAKING THINGS RIGHT AND GIVING ME MY MONEY BACL FOR THEIR SCREW UP. I WONT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Don't bother. I bought an expensive bouquet for my mother for mother's day. They arrived the wrong day and were 10x smaller than what was advertised. Absolute scam. Buy from a local florist. Not worth it. I never leave these kind of reviews but Bloomex just isn't it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Our family placed an order with Bloomex one week before Mother's Day and were told they would arrive on time. We found out that the flowers sat on the delivery truck ( Purolator ) from Friday until the Monday ( 4 days ) without any water. When delivered on the Monday, the flowers were wilted and there were about five flowers that barely held up. We were promised an upgrade which was a package of cookies.

I contacted customer service and spoke to Emma who told me that a new order of flowers would be sent out. Two days later and no flowers. I find Bloomex's customer service to be appalling and there is no regard to customer service.

In trying to reach customer service, the calls are normally dropped or the customer rep says they will transfer me to the correct department which has meant being on hold for at least 30 minutes. One hangs up out of frustration.

The family spent good money on the flowers only to be totally disappointed.

Stay away from Bloomex, at all costs as you, will not be satisfied.

I hope this unsatisfactory review will result in resolving our issue and Bloomex can redeem themselves.

Still waiting on my Mother's Day order to be delivered. Customer service replies keep telling me "your order has been confirmed". Like that means anything. I was also charged a premium delivery fee for Mother's Day delivery between the May 10th - 12th, yet it has still not been delivered.

Bloomex was a Huge disappointment!!
Buyer Beware, as they are poor quality. My order arrived 2 days after Mother's Day, a very small sad looking arrangement. Never again!!

Flowers didnt show up for mothers day they where 3 days late had to call and find out what happend. Then the flowers showed up and the pathetic arrangement they sent wasnt even what I ordered. I was ashamed to see what had showed up for my mother worse then convenience store flowers that cost 1/4 the price. Y'all should just close shop now cause you business wont last 🤣

I’d leave less than 1 star if I could. Ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet that was promised to arrive on Mother’s Day. It arrived a day early and was left outside. The recipient was away until late that night so the bouquet just sat there. It was why it was specifically ordered for the date specified. The flowers and arrangement were of poor quality and looked nothing like the advertised bouquet. DO NOT ORDER from this site. Your money is better spent speaking directly to a florist. Lesson learned for us and we will never use this service again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. The flowers arrived 3 days late and they were dead. I have attempted to contact Bloomex for a refund, but they do not respond to my emails, you cannot get an agent over the phone, and their online chat is unresponsive.

If there was an option to give zero stars, that’s what I would do. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mother a Mother’s Day. I received an email a a day after Mother’s Day, saying that they need it more time it’s gonna still be a couple more days because Camrose is out of their delivery area. First of all. Let me know that when I order the flowers and put my mother‘s address in there so they knew for in advance that that’s where they had to deliver. They were supposed to be delivered today and then I got a new email stating they received a cancelling order and will go to refund me first of all. I did not cancel the order and I’m the only one that had access to it and it top it all off. I still have not received the refund. What a nightmare.

Ordered 4 sets of flowers for mother’s day delivery in 4 different cities. None were delivered on time. Three days late. Substitute flowers used, they were wilting and lower quality than flowers ordered.

Customer service chat was circular. Agent came, then was non responsive, robot chat returned to start again.

I ordered flowers for mothers day but what my mother received was a complete disaster. Nothing like the advertisement and with a few flowers even wilting. I felt sorry for my mom having to receive that on such a special day. I have sent two emails with no response and nobody responding on the live chat after the „how can I help“ automated message. Absolute joke this company. Would never recommend.

I paid extra for Mother's Day delivery. They dropped them off the morning before and the flowers looked like garbage. I asked for a refund, they refused.

Received a fruit basket for mother's Day and most of fruit we had delivered was spoil and not editable.

They sent a different bouquet of flowers than the one I had ordered and paid for. I called twice and spoke with 2 different representatives who were not helpful. The last representative dropped my call and did not even attempt to call me back. I will never order from Bloomex again.

It arrived late, not only that but it’s completely wrong flowers, completely different flowers from what I ordered and wrong colour scheme as well. I emailed them but still haven’t gotten back to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My son sent me flowers for Mother's Day which were scheduled to arrive on Sunday, May 10th. This delivery date was also stated on the slip of paper with the delivery address . The flowers didn't arrive until Tuesday, May 12 around 7:15 p.m. The instructions also read to add the 'enclosed flower food' to the container and fill it with water; however, there was no 'enclosed flower food' with the delivery. Although the flowers themselves were very nice, it was overall a very disappointing experience.

My son ordered me a beautiful bouquet for mother's day. Not only I didn't get it on mother's day and it came the next day, it wasn't even look like what he ordered. The flowers weren't fresh,.... it was horrible and it breaks my heart. He paid so much money for it.

Literally a scam.
They informed me my mothers day flowers order for my mom would be delayed, delivering 3 days after mothers day which defeats the purpose of the gift.
Then the day before the late delivery, they say they substituted my flowers. Once they arrive my mom shows me what they sent, all white flowers. I had originally ordered a colourful bouquet with lots of bloom variety and requested supersize.
Waste of money! I wish I had read ALL the other terrible reviews before I made the mistake of ordering.
