BEWARE

BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM Bloomex.ca or anyone associated with this company. They pretend to be other flower shops with the same name you're looking for. Then they bate and switch and send inferiors flowers and will not fix their mistakes. They say the inferior flowers meet their guidelines to use alternatives, they are cheap. HORRIBLE COMPANY. BEWARE.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered the delivery of flowers for my daughter's birthday, 2 days before the D-day, but it never got delivered. They sent an email pretending that they could not find the address and could not reach her on the phone, and despite more than 10 emails and I do not count the chats, they never got back to me. I am now fighting to be refunded, they do not even reply to any of my message, not even through the social media.

Worst Company Ever

Wow. Never ever trust this company. I ordered the Lindt and Bubbly box for my daughter’s 25th birthday. First they take my money for same day delivery then notify me that they can’t deliver same day. They have my money at this point so I accept the next day delivery which was supposed to be upgraded as an apology. The box arrived without the champagne. Quite the upgrade. When I call to get the champagne delivered I am told that can’t happen unless I pay another delivery fee. Can you believe that policy. The customer (lack of) service representative told me she would get the manage to call me within 24 hours but refused to provide first name of the manager. Then hung up on me. I will never use this company again. I will spread the word far and wide not to use them.

Flowers were not remotely like the ones ordered/pictured. Upon reaching out, they advised me that the terms of service clearly state that if they run out of flowers, they can substitute them. No Roses? Really. Happy to share the photos and let you be the judge.

bait and switch

bait and switch, you will not receive the arrangement you ordered, get your money returned through your bank or credit card a big blue hydrangea, placed in the center became 4 carnations sprayed blue,scattered, the blue vase, ordered to match the burial urn became a clear coke bottle glass. the lilies became "daisies", for a funeral that's an insult. you will not get what you see - no, no, the people on the phone are nice, but they don't make the arrangements, & you won't get the chocolates. so look somewhere else to be sure, scamex( the real name of bloomex) will not return the money, they'll send you another bunch of flowers, sometimes their dead, would you want that , this is my personal experience, - not hearsay. I ordered 2 arrangements and got 2 "bunches" of flowers, the vases were different and the flowers were different. get your money back from the bank, when the bank sees what was ordered and what was sent the reimbursement is immediate, i want to save you the embarrassment and the disappointment it destroyed my funeral plans

I placed 4 orders - bad experience

I placed 4 orders, all to be delivered on the same day, Saturday Jan 31st. I got an email saying 1 order will go out on Jan 30, I called and the guys said no it just says that but will be delivered the next day. Well, he was not honest, it was delivered an hour later. They offered a mere $20 ‘credit’ for my next order.

Thy ended up still sending 1 of the 3 remaining orders they assured me have been CANCELLED!! They also charged me for it, it was 25% the size of what I ordered on the site.

The flowers are never what they look on the website. I will never use them again, don’t need their $20, they can keep it.

What a joke of a company and worst customer service!

Below is the review I left on Google. I left the same one on the BBB site, received some generic reply from Bloomex about contacting their customer service (which I has already done twice). I signed in to reply to it, the review was gone!

Not only do they do bad business, but they clearly run from accountability and are deceptive by removing honest reviews. I shouldn't be surprised since their whole business model is to steal people's money. This business has terrible reviews across the board, and rather than attempting to make the business better, they've chosen to use that energy in monitoring and removing bad reviews in order to deceive more people.

Review:
This is the second time Bloomex has been exceptionally disappointing. I would feel happier receiving a $10 flower bunch from No Frills. My mother sent me flowers last year for my birthday as I live in a different province. I received five roses, all wilted but had long stems. They looked terrible and zero flower filler. I didn't want to say anything to my mom and make her feel bad as it was a really sweet gesture.
Again, yesterday I received four roses from them and they're pathetic. The stems were so short, one of the roses was already flopped over with the other three wilted. The package of food was dried and so hard I wasn't able to get any out to put in the vase.
I had to let my mom know this time so she stops using them. What an absolute waste of money and let down when someone's trying to brighten your day.
I don't like leaving such negative reviews, but I would not recommend this business at all based on my experiences with them. It would be better to send a picture of gif of a bouquet than the garbage they send.
Bloomex should be embarrassed considering their sole business is delivering flowers.

NOT what was ordered or when it was requested for

I ordered some flowers for a friend who had lost her father. The date that I had selected was for the next day, however not 2 hours later Bloomex changed that delivery date to 3 days later, which was unacceptable to me. I sent a response to them about this but to no reaction whatsoever. I opted for communication of delivery for this order but I received nothing, at all or at any time. On the day before expected delivery I was told that it was on its way. Little did I expect that it was being delivered by a courier service....Fresh Flowers? being delivered by a random delivery van?! The day of expected delivery I was in touch by phone call to customer service as well as their chat which was absolutely a joke! I was told on the phone that there was a delay and it would be sent the following day with an upgrade and I had to prompt her for an actual "time of delivery" which I'm sure she just guessed at. Meanwhile with all of this going on, their website had this order marked as "Delivered"! Flowers were delivered but left at her door. NOT what was ordered and the "upgrade" was a package of crackers. While I'm relieved that something was actually sent for my $100+ order, I was horrified as to how it all came about. I had used them all the time for several years, needless to say that I will NOT use them again.

DO NOT buy from this company

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers on Jan.14th for a relative's birthday and was told they could not be delivered until the 15th. I agreed to that. Next day rec'd an email saying delivery was changed to the 16th so I notified the recipient of this and called several times during the day to see if flowers were rec'd. Called the company and they said they were available for PICKUP at Purolator which was not what was ordered. I didn't even know which Purolator they would be at since it was across the country from where I live. I said this was not what I asked for and the salesperson said they could give me a refund which I am still waiting for. The next email said UPDATED and I didn't know what that meant so have tried to find out. Hoped it meant a refund but not so far. The next person I asked about this had such a strong accent I could not understand her (and I"m usually good with accents) and just kept saying something I could not understand. I think this company is out to scam everyone and should be reported because I thought since they were across Canada they were okay and they definitely are not a good company. I don't know who to report them to other than the BBB and I don't know if that would really help. Teaches a person to look at reviews before ordering anything not in person. BevL.

Where is my Credit & who manages these folks…

Order was placed Dec 30 for a delivery of flowers for a patience in the hospital over the holidays. They had a hospital room number and the delivery was not made. Told no one was at the hospital to receive it and this went back to the warehouse. They tried to deliver a second time, 4 days later and the patience left the hospital, without my knowledge. I request the delivery to come to my house the 3rd time and they went back to the hospital. Because the Customer service rep did change the delivery address instructions on the flowers. I request a credit and it is now, going into the 5th week since my 1st order was placed and no credit is on my account, no email confirmation to me either. But website shows a credit can be refunded, when you call, no manager to speak with and no help from Customer service. I will not be using them again and this is the worst delivery experience and help from any company. Don't know why they are in business, NO HELP Available, the WORST, it might as well be an AI/robot company....do not use them.

Wrong order

I had used Bloomex before without complaints but not this time. The bouquet of basket goods were not chocolates like I ordered but they were all packages of cookies, some two of the same! Very disappointed and will not use them again!

no flowers and still billed me

I paid for delivery to a sick a friend. they didnt deliver, and they did not even let me know, until 2 days later, they emailed me and said that it will be delivered next week. (the recipient will be in another country by then). Then it took me an hour of work to get a refund.

Worst experience in ordering flowers

Worst experience in ordering flowers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They could not fulfill my order and confirmed I would be receiving a refund, then refused.
Flowers were not delivered and they did not want to know or help to resolve the issue.
Customer service team were extremely unhelpful, and refused to listen or help. When asked to speak with management they also refused.
I have a communication log and call register to prove above, therefore am absolutely disgusted with service from this company.

My niece sent her a bouquet through
Bloomex. A wonderful gesture!!
She selected a bouquet and was told it would be delivered that day.
Did not happen. 1 day late…. Received yesterday! Totally different bouquet and half the flowers were wilted… what a disappointment for my niece and my daughter. My daughter’s first bouquet!
Hopefully Bloomex is going to refund or send the proper and fresh bouquet!!!!

Rogue Trader

This company are the worst I have every dealt with. They ignore emails - i have now sent over 5. I paid for same day delivery and they have refused to refund that element despite being at least 3 days late (they still haven't delivered the flowers). They have also substituted the flowers I ordered with some random variety. I have asked for my order to be cancelled at least 3 times to no avail. I am attempting to stop the payment with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
