I have used Bloomwell for around 1 year and thought it was great, until an experience with their customer service that I will never forget, and they lost me as a customer.

I got my prescription and ordered (Product A & Product B) as usual, but there was no sign of my order being dispatched after 10 days of waiting.

I contacted support and they said they would chase it.

The Pharmacy finally via the app informed me that "Product A" of was out of stock, so I had the choice to replace it and keep the rest of my order, or choose a different pharmacy, so I decided to replace the missing product - simple, right? So now my order should be "Product B" + "Product C"

The app removed both Products A & B and now my order was only "Product C" with an added delivery fee

I contacted support again immediately and told them this was not my order and there was a problem with their software. They said they would contact the Pharmacy (this is not the pharmacy's responsibility)

I told Bloomwell's customer service to cancel the order since it was no longer correct, and they again said that they would contact the pharmacy.

The pharmacy tried to send me the package by expedited delivery twice, and I refused the package at my door both times (according to their customer service, once you accept prescription medication you cannot return it - so this definitely felt like a way to force me to accept an order they messed up). I told Bloomwell support about this and they threatened me with fees for refusing the delivery which THEY had erroneously modified, and I had already cancelled.

I finally reached the point that I had to initiate a charge back with my payment provider. Meanwhile the Pharmacy contacted me and they said they had received no correspondence from Bloomwell regarding my issues, and they told me they would cancel the order.

The Bloomwell support still refused to take any responsibility for their lack of communication system with the Pharmacy, or the bug in their app that caused this issue. They refused to escalate my issue and it took literally a whole month for me to fight in a 30 email long chain between me and Bloomwell support in which they gaslight me and refuse to take any responsibility or accountability.

I requested several times for escalation of my issue so someone would actually read what I was writing, because it was painfully obvious these people do not have any literacy skills.

As a service in the medical field, where the intention should be to help people - causing direct stress and harm, taking no accountability is absolutely disgraceful and I will absolutely never recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep their sanity.

TL;DR - Bloomwell support is run by totally incompetent people who would rather lie and gaslight you than listen/read and accept the problems they are causing - 30 days of painful emails and fighting over a very simple order error, and still no apology or refund.

Update: 3 minutes after posting this review (literally 1 month after requesting a cancellation of the order that their app screwed up), they have finally decided to cancel it & 30 minutes after this review the ticket was escalated and they issued an apology and accepted their errors.

fast delivery and very reliable

This order made up for many ill-managed experiences over the years with them. Key factors: promo removing extraneous fees; comprehensive treatment options without upsell; genuinely quick turnaround time; and localized services.

Minus one point because: the lack of clear guidance and directly-accessible information still causes avoidable confusion and delays in the process, promotional prices should be considered the highest permanent price point, especially taking competitors into consideration.

Very useful and excellent maked service! I have neurological problems with pain symptoms for a long time, and this app was very helpful to make fast connect with doctor and get natural support. I very grateful for this service! Also it will be a good idea to add more different forms of medicine.

Service is no longer usable, as there is no support, nobody to answer the info@ or the chat. Have already a prescription but the billing is not working ans nobody answers anymore. A shame that they fully abandoned the quality of the service and reliability on the app and website.
