It was fast and everything was ok. The only thing I would have liked is more transparency with the pricing, the premium fees allow you to request a travel document for instance, but you need to pay extra for the document itself, which wasn’t clear to me in the beginning.

Having a phone app is a plus for me. They also respond quickly to prescription requests. I haven't had any problems with my orders so far.

During ordering I was cautioned that, due to current volume, delivery could be five days or more. As it happened, it took place in only three days. This set expectations well, and I was pleased with the actual performance.

It was a straight forward process. Registration, Appointments etc... were all clear. Only down side is I wasn't able to use my american Visa Debit card in the Pharmacy (grünebrise), although the website made the impression the bill had been paid for and no further action was required.
The private service charges for the doctor's visit (bloomwell) were taken from my american Visa debit card with no issues.

I have been a customer with Algea care then bloomwell for years.

It seems that every time I try to use them there is some reason that it doesn't work the way they say it will.

My lastest experience I paid for my doctors appointment with paypal. When I tried 3 days later to pay for my medince with visa or master card bloomwell's web site web site says, "Deine Bestellung ist bestätigt! 🎉 Bei Auswahl "Mastercard/ VISA": Der Betrag wurde erfolgreich über Mastercard/Visa beglichen. Du musst nichts weiter tun.

When I checked my credit card statement it showed that the payment was never made.

When I called bloomwell I was put on hold for 20 minutes and the bloomwell employee told me that I needed to use a different browser and clear my cookies since it was my fault that the payment didn't go through. After he hung up I got an email from Bloomwell giving me the same payment info, which I tried with the same results. "Deine Bestellung ist bestätigt! 🎉 Bei Auswahl "Mastercard/ VISA": Der Betrag wurde erfolgreich über Mastercard/Visa beglichen. Du musst nichts weiter tun.

I called back and was told that credit cards didn't work and that paypal was no longer an option. I asked for an explanation. I insisted that the employee tell me what was going on with the payment system and asked when or if they were going to change the payment system / web site. He put me on hold for 20 minutes then he hung up. I called back and was put on hold for 25 minutes then the Bloomwell employee hung up.

I am not happy with Bloomwell.

What is the deal with BLOOMWELLS payment system.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Bloomwell's service, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I placed my order, everything was seamless and efficient.

What shoudl i say? Its a a Scam.
They say pricing will be around 200Euro then they hit you with "We dont have that Medication right now....take this one who costs 150 bucks more!"
Its just a big verfickter Scam.
