The product itself is beautiful! Mine however arrived with a slight indentation and reached out to customer service and they gave me directions to fix but unfortunately I didn’t have the tools needed so they are sending me a replacement! Excellent customer support as well as product! I will return as a customer!

The package is now blocked for more than 7 days without moving and the last parcel center before delivery. Reached out to the customer service just to see if everything is fine.

It is a stylish well made product! I am very happy with it. After arrival of the first one, I even ordered a second one as a gift to someone.
A small tip to Blossholm, I would use tape to close the packaging and tape it shut. As it is, anyone in the supply chain process can remove the lamp from the packaging without this being visable from the outside (packaging).

Magnificent lamps with a unique style and a mix of exceptional materials. Despite this, I encountered operating problems that were quickly resolved by the excellent customer service. The on/off button would have been wiser to place it above and the brightness one degree higher would have been appreciated.

The lamps are simply amazing, the quality of the stone and the shade are very good! This won‘t be our last lamps :-)

Absolutely loving my new lamp. Beautiful quality, long burning hours and very fast delivery. Lamp was also very well packed to prevent damage during shipment. I am delighted with the lamp, I ordered a second one for the table in the hallway 😀
