Aurie lamp
I bought the Aurie lamp. It is not a cheap lamp and I bought 2 units. The first issues it that the shipping came much later than the expected date. The second issue is that one of the lamps came defected and does not turn on properly as it flickers. Multiple times I sent emails to the company and no answer they answered my Instagram message once, and then never answered again.
Update:
After multiple attempts, I did manage to get in touch with customer service, and they have replaced the lamps free of cost. They both work perfectly.

Your first emails unfortunately did not reach our end and we are also looking into what went wrong here to prevent this from happening again.

Great customer service and stylish mirror with a focus on details
Other than they have stylish mirrors, it’s one of the best customer service I have experienced. I was offered a second mirror due to some defects in the first one. I would not expect that from any supplier. In general the mirrors have a very nice finishing. Clarity of the mirror glas is really good. They have a method to hide the weld seams in the metal frame which shows that they focus on finishing details. Items are usually very well packed when delivered. I would highly recommend the brand.

Big size industrial grid mirror
I ordered a grid mirror. It was more than expected. Quality is very good. The frame is well painted, without scratches.
It looks very nice in my dinning room.
There was a delay with the delivery but everything was solved by customer service.
The communication was very fluid and quick.

No installation manual in the beginning - but very good compensation & implementation afterward
No installation manual when I received the order, very weak design for the hanging points. I made my complaint. Shortly after, I received a compensation package, with a new installation method which had been implemented to the design. Seems more promising and I would like now to revise my review and change to a better rate.

Excellent customer support and great quality
Excellent customer support. i ordered a mirror and payed forward, but unfortunately the mirror was not in stock. Customer service was very helpful and offered me a compensation ( small mirror) for the waiting time. Something went wrong with the delivery and again the customer support solved the issue asap. I can highly recommend. Also a very good quality of the mirror. I will definitely order again.
