DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Order placed in August 25 and never received.they have ignored numerous emails, don’t answer the phone, don’t return voicemails or respond to online forms and despite visiting the store twice to request a refund the issue is still not resolved. Legal action is now being taken as matter of principal. 1 star is too high.

Ordered 4 polo shirts in July 2025

Ordered 4 polo shirts in July 2025. After many emails x 2 were sent end of October. After more lengthy emails and complaint letter, I have still not received the 2 polo shirts. 16.1.26. left many messages and even spoke to someone once. No apology or refund offered. Customer service abysmal. Would give 0 stars if that was possible. I'm amazed they are still trading.

Customer is to blame whatever they screw up

Having a nightmare dealing with the shop in East Kilbride. Ordered a blazer which was promised delivery in two weeks, and then was lied about having it “next week” for six more weeks. When finally I demanded a refund, reveals that they had a boys blazer instead of a girls blazer and that they have run out of girls ones. After another week of chasing appears to offer a refund (for which I got a square email mentioning the refund was initiated), which never materialised after 30 days. When checked at the shop again said that we had to ensure we got the refund by contacting our bank!
Zero accountability and zero customer care - cannot trust anything other than getting something which is in stock at the store, and terrible attitude with the owners who never apologised or acknowledged any mistake they did.
Utterly disappointed.

Avoid avoid avoid

I placed an order in July and have heard every excuse under the sun as to why I have didn’t receive my order until October after waiting 14 weeks and 100s of phone calls later.

The excuses for not giving me my order were as follows: the items were out of stock, they forgot to post when the items did come into stock, they were really busy, the post office printer wasn't working for the labels, it was lost, they have been off work for 10 days, there was a family emergency.

I left at least 20 voicemail messages over the months - they are impossible to get a hold off. I suspect this is on purpose. They never responded to a single message/email, never returned a phone call, and if I did eventually get a hold of them on the phone they promised to ring back and never did. Not once. This tells you everything you need to know about the people running this business. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

I had an issue with my order - the fleece I received was nothing like the one on the website. Different colour, different cuffs, missing parts - it was like a cheap knock off fleece. I went to the shop to return as did try to call about this several times and never got an answer. I explained to the man in the shop that this was not the fleece advertised on the website and he told me that the school had said the fleece on the website was "too grey" so they started selling this one. I know this is nonsense (and have since confirmed with school and other parents that they have the "too grey" fleece and I ordered the correct fleece no bother from another uniform company which was delivered in 3 days!). I asked for a refund and the man in Blossoms pressed a few buttons on the laptop and said that I would get an email about the refund. I didn’t receive any email and I refused to leave the shop until I did - he then pressed a lot more buttons and took another few minutes and I did eventually get an email which makes me suspicious as to what he did the first time.

Unsurprisingly the refund didn’t appear after two weeks I went back to the shop to ask the man working there where it was. He was so unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do and he had processed the refund. I don’t believe anything they tell me so I have raised with my bank to follow up.

I am reporting this business to Trading Standards and East Kilbride shopping centre. There us something very suspicious happening here and judging by the other reviews I'm not the only customer who has had serious problems with Blossoms.

I have never had such a terrible and stressful experience as a customer. They don’t care about customers at all - I will never buy from them ever again and suggest no one else does.

Absolutely awful experience.

Wouldn’t even give this store 1 star…

Wouldn’t even give this store 1 star order placed 25th of June now 8th of October and still no uniform been in store 3 times promised all sorts call most days rings out last promise was a refund and changed on order as refunded but no refund shocking

No items or refund

Don’t buy from this shop. I ordered uniforms over 7 weeks ago. After 3 weeks I emailed the shop to ask for a refund for items not received and was told it was despatched. Over 4 weeks later I have neither refund or items.

I can see this isn’t isolated and other have had the same problem.

Horrific company

Horrific company. Ordered a bundle online on the 5th July and have received nothing. Have emailed multiple times, filled out a contact form and left a voicemail and no response at all. So basically they have stolen my money and can’t even be bothered to respond. I don’t see why I should have to spend my money on fuel to drive from Paisley to East Kilbride to try and get a response. If you cant run an online business don’t advertise one. Have reported them to trading standards.

I don’t think I need to elaborate. Order made and nothing received. No communication and not answering emails or calls. Stupidly didn’t check on here first but will report to trading standards to hopefully avoid others having money taken.

Just bad

My experience was similar to those described below, order never arrived and no luck trying to contact via email/phone. I would advise anyone else who has experienced the same to 1) contact Consumer Advice Scotland, they work with the government and Trading Standards and are the first port of call for reporting any consumer rights issues
2) request a refund via your credit card company, this can be done easily via most banking apps. I did this and got a refund within 3 days

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY East…

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY East Kilbride management say they have had hundreds of complaints about them.
Ordered schoolwear 1 month ago - now rejecting emails and phone mailbox is full - taking them to small claims court to get my money back

Terrible company- avoid

Ordered over 6 weeks ago and still not recieved items. Attempted to call and email numerous times with no response. Placed a 1 star review on Google and was contacted within minutes to say they would ship my order immediately!! This was over a week ago and still nothing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID not even 1 *

It would be a zero if possible. Ordered a school coat for my Granddaughter 31st July, delivery should have been 7 to 10 days so plenty of time before school starts. Still not arrived, I've tried the contact form multiple times, emails are rejected and phone calls are unanswered... the Newton Mearns number is invalid although still on the website. I have had to contact my bank for a refund 😡

All the ladies at Blossoms’s are…

All the ladies at Blossoms’s are absolutely fantastic!! They are always looking to help out and when I had missed the cutoff date for an online order, they decided to try their best to find all the items in store! A special thanks to Zara for making sure my boys have uniform to start school with! Will definitely be coming back

Will never order from this “company”…

Will never order from this “company” again! They ignore phone calls and emails, after nearly a 4 week wait for a blazer and school tie, the tie was missing!! To say I was annoyed is an understatement, and would you believe there not answering me again as I’m wanting a refund for my missing tie!! Don’t understand what is so difficult about getting an order correct! Awful awful company
