Great customer service

After buying 2 devices from a shop and neither would charge up I contacted Blu and they sent me a new one free of charge. Their customer service was excellent.

I use Blu products for the last 5…

I use Blu products for the last 5 years. I can say that they have the best products on the Market.
I had only twice issue with defective items during so many years of using it.
They have amazing support. Quick response and resolving my issues. I highly recommend the Blu brand.

Initial order was lost so I had to…

Initial order was lost so I had to contact blu to resolve it, so in all I waited over 10 days for a 2 day delivery. It was sorted out but very annoying as I had to purchase a cheap disposable product whilst I waited

Excellent Service

I had a dud pod. I contacted the team and they resolved it quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. Excellent product. Customer of over 2 years now and used nothing else.

Easy to order

Easy to order. I bought a vape kit not knowing I had to order flavours separately. A kit should be a kit. Reluctant to order again knowing you use Evri. In all this time the experience was very good.
