Courier left in a secure place but

Courier left in a secure place, but didnt get notification of pending delivery, a knock on door or send notifiction of delivery. Only found out it had been delivered when you asked for a rating 7 hrs later. Ordering and product is 5 star.

Suspension of subscriptions to the Isle of WWight

I have been using blu's subscription service for a while and was very happy with it. With a subscription, you save such a lot compared to supermarkets, etc.
I received an email saying that it was time to change my subscription if I wanted to, however I was unable to find my details. It transpired that blu changed their delivery system to another provider and decided not to deliver to the Isle of Wight anymore, without even notifying me.
Well blu, thanks for that! Now I don't use blu products at all as they are too expensive to buy in supermarkets.

Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery, no tracking number, the ones in email are not rhe right ones for evri, still waiting for my order for ages

A company whose service to me has got me total satisfaction.

A company whose service to me has got to be 100%
Because I am disabled having MND unable to talk, walk etc I really need exceptional service. This I found over the 30 years of trading.I don't think my disability has been the special need I receive, I feel every customer is treated as an individual person and not just a number.The unchanged product & service over 30 years speaks for itself -Well Done and Good Luck!

Good service

Easy to order and set up a subscription which helps with the price. Delivery smooth and quick with no issues. These vapes have greatly helped me to stop smoking after more than 35 years.
