Refund eventually made but not full amount including return cost, as promised?

I paid for my order by bank transfer within two days, in January.
I had to send back my wrong order - Bludiode's fault.
I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my refund - after numerous amounts of tickets raised via their website; I just keep on getting fobbed off with excuses. It feels like they are stealing my money.
Delivery service was great but as soon as it had to be sent back, they just wash their hands of you.
I am angry and disgusted at their after sales service.
Looks like I have to retrieve my money by other means.
How hard is it, in this day and age, to transfer a refund?
Now looks like an automated response to my review????
You have still to refund my £20 return cost as promised.
I have my main refund now, eventually, after 5 weeks.

Xiaomi 13 fully working with global rom

I ordered the Xiaomi 13, it took more than a month to arrive, but it works great and has the global rom installed as requested. If you are not in a hurry to get your phone I can fully recommend Bludiode.

Paid for the insurance

Paid for the insurance, and did correctly. They don't insure parcel if you don't ask to. So be careful. I checked contents of the parcel as they ask to, and hopefully it was containing my tablet.

Please for you safety DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE....

I have a very long horrible story with this bludiode....but the relevant things from the story is... LIES, no respect for customers, Lies, is not worth for your health to involve with this company and people... better buy from a different place pay £10- £15 more and you don't have headache....!!!!

I purchased oppo n2 at January 27th

I purchased oppo n2 at January 27th. Estimated delivery time was between February 9 and March 2. On March 2nd they still didnot share the tracking number. I contacted them. They said it is estimated time and next week you will receive the tracking number. On March 12 they still didnot provide tracking number and I asked for cancellation and refund. Since then they didnot answer my question. As of now, March 15th, they dont answer my question, they still didnot provide tracking number, they dont cancel and they dont refund. Just imagine I ordered on January 27 and on March 15th I still dont receive any information about tracking info, no refund no cancellation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Waiting now 44 days still no phone or…

Waiting now 44 days still no phone or even a tracking number for a Vivo X90 pro + I paid them 1100 USD I ordered it on January 30 th. Today date is March 14 th. Bluediode please send me my phone waiting long enough.

Terrible experience, possible scammers

Order placed on 2nd of February it's 11 of march and still not sent. After complaining to customer service on 2nd of march (order status not updated for 3 weeks) I have been told that tracking number will be provided within couple of days. They still didn't send the phone to me and I cannot wait any longer.
I asked them today to cancel my order and issue refund asap.
Avoid this company!!

I was looking for foldable phone

I was looking for foldable phone, but not Samsung due to small screen. I found here few more models nobody was selling in France. I took Magic VS and it's very good product. Screen is bigger and it charges very fast. Bludiode have me advice and I'm very happy with my choice. It's premium device and quality is very Good.

TIME WASTERS, TAKES MONTHS! Wrong Tracking Details Sent Repeatably. They Try To Force You Into Accepting Different Colour Devices

I ordered a Xiaomi 12 pro, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage, Black, on the 28/11/2022. A few WEEKS later (7/01/2023) I got a message informing me that they did not have that device in that colour available, and offered me either a change of colour or put extra towards the new Xiaomi 13 pro which they had received in stock recently. I chose the 13 pro route and paid on the same day that I received the email (11/01/2023).
I then received another message (18/01/2023) informing me that while they where organizing the new phone to be processed, the supplier found the original orders device and shipped it. They then offered for me to return the device when I received it and they would ship the new 13 pro out when they received the return. I received the 12 pro on the 7/02/2023 and shipped it via next day delivery guaranteed for return the next day. 08/02/2023. they received it on the 09/02/2023 as it was shipped to a UK address. They since have told me that they have sent the 13 pro but the tracking number they provided was for the 12 pro, that I had already received so the tracking info was irrelevant and pointless, I emailed them straight away to inform them that they had provided the wrong tracking number but I have not had a response other than a blank email since then. Overall I am very irritated in the time and effort that this whole ordeal is taking. if this is what I have to expect from this company then I am sad to say I will not be using them ever again.

They sent the wrong tracking number again. I demanded a refund and I did use the F several times in the email to show my dismay at their incompetence, Bludiod have some serious internal issues, from finding products, to not checking before sending tracking info and finally, replying to reviews using the wrong names.

*To the snide reply on this review trying to make me look like the ar*e*

You think I am rude and offensive, I am not the one making customers wait months on end for an item that I lie about having in stock and then try fob them off with an alternative. Also sending the wrong tracking number TWICE! I have been more than patient and forgiving to Bluediode, but I have a limited amount of time in this life and I have my limits, it is very rare for me to loose my temper, so that should show how far you push your cliental. This company is terrible and I advise everyone to avoid them like the Coronavirus! There ability to reply to emails and make you feel like they care, is about all they are good at. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Also, they cant even get a customers name correct, Mr. Clark, as you put it, would be correct, if it wasn't for the fact Clark is my first name, not my surname. Oh. and the M in Mr is capitalised. There's a free grammar lesson for you. Incompetents on show for all to see! Tried to show me up in your reply and you made a fool of yourselves! I will never ever use you again I can assure you. Time wasters.

Also, when you get your refund they don't refund you the full amount, I lost £60 using this piece of crap, scummy, joke of a company. You have been warned.

To finish, I have reported you to the UKICC, so have fun with them, chao.

Delayed order w/o notice

Made an order, expected arrival date 22.02. — thought, okay, that's a long time, but I'll manage.
Received the message that the order had been forwarded to the place my product would be sent from only a couple of days before the product was meant to arrive.
I realized taxes would be a hold up but okay.
They sent a message saying my package would be sent by the end of the week or beginning of the next – which would have been the time my package was meant to arrive. Not be sent.

Now, still nothing. No notification that it has been sent. No notification about why that is or anything. But just waiting and about to cancel my order.

The only good thing is the quick response time of their customer service which is the reason for the 2 stars.

Update 03/04/23
I had sent them a message asking to cancel my order if it still hadn't been sent. Received a quick reply and a note that my refund was initiated.
I would have wished for them to let me know that delays were to be expected, and I might have not cancelled.

Great

Great, great, great. Products -really cheap. If you are running from inflation, need to save on everything a little bit. But saving 20% on a phone it's much, considering it's value (£970). Second - responsibility. Many places in Internet won't answer you at all, but in here I did get answer fast and accurate. That's another plus. I'm happy user of great phone now (4 weeks now) and I'll be recommending this place to everybody.

Price is very good if you compare for same phone you can find locally. Another thing - I couldn't find white oneplus 10 pro and they had it and price was same as 256GB! White is 512GB. They ship from China, but I received 24 months warranty

I did get my order

I did get my order. I'm not fully happy happy of the delivery time, but after all - it was worth my time. Xiaomi I ordered are even 30% more expensive at local market. That is ridiculous, how much xiaomi can sell more if they give everyone same price. I'm glad there are stores like that to buy cheaper.
