Awesome choice (of mine :). I have now brand new, iPhone 14 Pro Max with Dual Sim. In Europe you can get only single sim version, not very convenient if you travel. Thank you.

Shipping from China. Very long delivery times, unreliable, and prices are not that low if you consider import taxes.

Fast, reliable. After order from local warehouse I received status during accomplishment eu in the same day. Tracking was sent to me next day, and I received package in 5 days.

I purchased an Asus Rog 6.

I purchased another telephone from them last year, also. I had to send it for warranty service, and they made the process easy. They do any translations that may be needed for the manufacturer. Plus, they offer an additional one-year warranty, so that is another reason I bought from them.

They offer package insurance for a few dollars at checkout, along with an extended warranty for a penny. I get the insurance, to avoid any potential problems in the rare situation that my product may get stolen. I am not sure how it would work if something happened to my package and I didn't get the insurance. They do give you the choice, and it's only a few dollars.

They made it easy, to deal with a warranty claim, on a previous purchase.

I recommend them.

**SCAM**
Misleading site. They are not located in UK nor in EU. They ship from China ... and they don´t state anywhere the customs fees and VAT charges. So please add more than 25% to the order. When you try to cancel, they charge you a 4% fee for it. A real SCAM! The address for the company is not true!!!!

Needed to pay extra, but factory in Shenzhen is not working - I heard it in the news. For new iPhone you wait 4-6 weeks now. I decided to order here, but after they asked for little more due to price changed. After all I received sealed brand new iPhone and its dualism so it was worth both money and time. Hope this crisis will finish soon

If price matters, here's the place to buy. I bought iPhone 14 wchich wchich was dual sim version. It was cheaper by over £200 than ones sold locally. Yes, I needed to pay £100 of tax, but I have Dual sim one, and I checked it at apple website - it has local warranty in the UK.

I finally decided to return my product, but whole process went smoothly. I did get my money back after 7 days. I can recomend the store.

Very good store. There are some negative reviews, but from other side I avoid stores with positive comments only, that might be a scam. Here you see negative reviews, so it means real people come here. My order was executed very well, i ordered from local warehouse and even 1 week since payment didn't passed and I already received call from DHL. So my experience was flawless. I've been asked to write review about service to extend warranty for another 12 months, I think it's good deal.

If you want to wait two months for your order, and then receive cancellation email, without any reason provided. Go ahead and order from this website.

I am going to report them to trading standards as they shouldn't be allowed to sell in the UK.

It's quite good store. They have good prices, you can choose basically every model available on the market. They are not convincing you to buy some exact one. I had few picks, and they told me pros and cons of each. Finally I finished with Honor without Google apps, but price was great, and it's making great photos. I already found replacements for unavailable apps, so switch wasn't that hard. I can really recommend Honor and Huawei (is same brand)

If you have time to lose — feel free to try your luck, maybe you'll eventually get what you ordered.

Given the feedback from Trustpilot, I knew what to expect, and didn't have many expectations of them respecting the promised delivery time — which obviously was completely off.

I had several friendly discussions with support during this period of time — just checking the status.

On 09 Nov 2022 (2 month since order placed, more than 1 month after the phone is in the "Rom Installation") — I got the following message:

"Hello, our supplier informed us marble white color went out of stock. Can you accept ceramic white? The price difference would be refunded."

I asked how it's possible that it's for 1 month in the Rom Installation process but they tell me they don't even have it in stock. They were not able to answer the question. All blame went to the "supplier".

I didn't want the ceramic white as they proposed — and not even sure I want the phone at all.

I asked if they can send me a 12s Ultra 12/512 instead, and I will pay the difference once they ship the phone and send me a tracking number — they obviously said I need to pay upfront the difference, and then they'll ship it within 24h as they do have it in their warehouse.

For obvious reasons I did not trust them, and we had some more back-and-forth emails. After I asked them to return my money in full they even tried to convince me to get a ZTE in the same price range.

About 30mins ago they issued the refund.
Didn't get the money yet, but I think I will get them.

That's funny how they didn't want to send the 12s Ultra and let me pay after it's delivered — even tho they already have the 80% of its cost.

Anyway, not a trustworthy company — which wasted my time — and doesn't even trust their customers (for obvious reasons).

Now will try my luck to buy the 12s Ultra 12/512 on TradingShenzhen —let's see how it will go.

Shop answer: Hello, customer, you ordered Xiaomi product in rare marble white colour, which is periodically unavailable. We proposed you the same model in very similar ceramic white colour, but you denied. You asked us to sent you higher model without upfront payment, but this our company cannot do. As you didn't decided on any of our proposal, we processed you a full refund. It's very not nice you ending our care of you with negative comment.

Answer for the shop:
I consider that it's very not nice for your shop to lie to your customers.
How can the phone be on Rom Installation and then suddenly, 1 month later it's not available in stock?
Why didn't the shop notify me in September that the phone is not available, and instead wrongly update the status of the order?

I consider it very nice from my side to be transparent with people who read these reviews so that they do not fall into your lies.

As I mentioned, I read comments on Trustpilot before ordering — and I expected a big delay of 2-3 months, and that's not a problem given the price, global COVID situation, and other factors. But saying 2 months later that the phone is not in stock — and still have it available in your online shop — that's just not okay.

My opinion is that your shop deserves not more than 1 star (too bad there's no 0), for lying, not being transparent, and pretending to be nice to customers which is not true.

Before writing this review I extensively checked my phone I've got from them, and it's working very good,better than expected. Definitely it's not a scam.

Good phone ! My new Xiaomi Ultra is having great screen and camera. I had screen protector already installed and there was case in the box. I can't believe I bought it that cheap. Delivery time is ok, for phone sent from china, but it could arrive bit faster. Good communication, good transaction

I ordered device with delivery from USA. I paid very low tax, and item came to me not even week after. So I see they have very fast delivery. Most of the items are sent from Asia though, but maybe better to choose these from USA to get them fast.

Received the phone in well and fast.
