I've only just applied to register with Blue Arrow and already regret it. Woman who answered for the Taunton branch was lovely, a few minutes later I get a call from another advisor called Nigel who was very rude. Wouldn't let me explain what I had already discussed with the other woman, and kept interrupting me and talking to me like I was a child. If this is how they talk to all their clients, then that's appalling.

I have been working as a flt driver for a little over a month and my experience with the agency has been good. I started working the day after the interview, so I am satisfied. I have to mention Kelsey, thanks to whom I have a job again. and good salary. She is willing to help, advise and listen if needed. The customer service at Blue Arrow Eastbourne is outstanding. The ladies that run the branch are Sam, Lauren, Emma and Vanesa and they are all so lovely, friendly, helpful, kind and very supportive.
The pay is weekly which I, personally really love. Sometimes roles pop up that I have not done before, and what an amazing opportunity to give new work placements a go, it adds to your skill set and so great to meet new people.
If you are still sitting on the fence deciding whether to take the plunge, you definitely should, you will not find another recruitment agency as incredible as Blue Arrow.

I applied for a job with this agency to be told I would have to do a 16 day course and I got promised a interview on completion of the course, this was ok, so I went ahead and started and completed the course, only to be told at the end of it that the job had been pulled because it had enough applicants and the positions had been filled, while we were doing the course, not 1 of the 58 people on the course got an interview,
I’m guessing these courses are government funded and the agencies make something off sending people on them with no intention of even giving them a chance at a interview, let alone a job,
Why wasn’t the interview/jobs held back knowing these people were doing a course on the agencies recommendation

Ill be very honest this agency steals money from people from their hands i have worked 28 April Monday at North Liverpool academy not only thats this school is terrible itself in the catering agency Blue arrow is even worst its been 3 weeks since i havent got paid for that day and its been 3 weeks when a agent called Jennifer Robinson was suposed to contact me to explain why im not getting paid for this day people working in this agency are iresponsible and are not profesional they work they way they like and i suppose their general manager must be the same as all of them im advising all people to stay away from this agency as far as possible staff is rude and gives verbal warning without further notice or even listening to what exactly happen when you get the warning its better to leave the agency as you will be blocked in most works and cannot procced worst agency ever to work if you want to work for free then go ahead but as far as my experience this agency doesnt know how to do their work and should be investigated by higher authorities for Fraud illegal actions against workers rude behaviour

I was with Blue Arrow from November last year for a few months. I was working as a catering Assistant and On a couple of occasions i was told false information by the consultant 1 of them was the company are taking me on a Temp to perm which was NOT true because the company had already taken staff on which i was absolutely gutted about. The 2nd was i was promised ongoing work (i turned down other work to work in the kitchen) to only find out that the company only needed me for 1 day!!!! So i had no work for the remaining week because if Blue Arrow!!! Contacted the branch manager(Bristol) who promised me get the extra days pay so when i checked my wages id only received the 1 day pay plus my P45!!!
If you want honest information/ongoing work DON'T touch Blue Arrow. (Bristol)!!!!

Poor customer service
I had to resend 3 time my food certificate so finally someone can put me on rota
They also tend to give verbal warning for nothing just to damage your life profile
I advice to stay away from this agency as far as you can there is nothing good coming out of this

I have worked with Ben and is team for over the last 3 years. He as found use some excellent drivers, new passes and experienced who have gone on to become full time staff, He goes out of is way to help and support. A good agency to work with.

I was emailed a invite for a job from one advisor called jasmine clarke but the wages weren’t in line with the new national minimum wage so I queried this via email but got no reply even though on the email invite she was asking for your time to reply to the job. When I decide to email asking to be taken off the books I receive a unwarranted phone call from jasmine as snotty as you like giving every excuse under the sun but no actual answer for why the wages were wrong so taking absolutely no accountability for what was going on and using the excuse of she was doing this on behalf of someone else. I would never ever use this agency again after the way I’ve been ignored then gaslighted and I would advise others to be very cautious using this agency.
