The Liverpool office is definitely selling data to third parties without consent. I responded on the Blue Arrow website to a vacancy, signed up and provided all the details they requested including high resolution pictures of my passport, and as you can imagine a full set of personal details along with a CV.
A few days after the initial application I started to receive random SMS and calls from other recruiters. I'm in long-term employment and have not applied for any other jobs.
I had an ID verification video call booked and Blue Arrow didn't even show up, turns out the role I applied for doesn't even exist!

Worked a couple times with them as Temporary worker. I canceled a WEEK before a couple of shifts I booked with them for personal reasons and after that they didn’t give work anymore, no answers my email, no calls. Nothing. Poor communication and 0 explanations.
They want slaves, who cares if all of us have a personal life and problems. I worked with many agencies this is one of the worst.

Loved working with Blue Arrow, Asta in the Leeds branch and Kasia in the Sheffield branch have been so helpful as recruiters for myself and as suppliers of agency staff.
Yes the app can be janky at times, but any problems are sorted very quickly with either an email or a phone call. Never had an issue with Pay and will be very happy to work with them again in the future.

They need to get a grip of their IT. They are advertising jobs which are no longer required. I gave notice to my boss to take up a temp position with them only to be told it’s no longer available within 1 day. Yet the job is still advertised on the website? If it’s not available simply take it down.

Worked 38 hours weeks with Royal Mail through blue arrow from October through January and frequently was underpaid by blue arrow. You get told by blue arrows office that there is no number to contact payroll directly so your constantly emailing the staff at the local Cardiff office for updates but week after week they say “they’re chasing it” for you. It has now been six weeks and I’m owed well over a weeks pay. You clock in and out each time you work but STILL don’t receive your correct wages. Shocking business, avoid at all costs.
I have contacted the support email twice previously and have been ignored. Let’s see what difference this makes.

I have not received payment for work performed in royal mail.10.1.25..24.1.25..31.1.25 to this day. The contact is terrible, you keep sending your hours worked and you think it will be sorted out but it is not. I advise everyone looking for work against this agency.
I could go on, but having exhausted every avenue to be paid for the work I’ve done, I will now be passing on this information to ACAS and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate with the hope that no one else will have to experience this

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent interaction with one of your recruitment consultants on the 3rd of February. I had inquired about the Production Staff position at Adient, Speke, Merseyside, but was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response.
During our conversation, the consultant was quick to conclude that I lacked the necessary skills and experience without giving me a fair opportunity to explain myself. Additionally, she stated that she couldn’t hear me properly, despite my efforts to speak clearly and ensure she understood. Her tone and overall approach came across as rude and unprofessional, which was both discouraging and disappointing.
I believe recruitment consultants play a vital role in helping job seekers find suitable opportunities, and it is concerning when they exhibit such dismissive behavior. On top of it, some of you don’t even know jack. I strongly urge you to review your recruitment process and provide adequate training to recruiting staff, ensure that job seekers are treated with respect and professionalism.
I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into, as no candidate should have to experience such treatment when seeking employment.
Finally, I will also request you removing my details from your system.

Would not recommend Blue Arrow to anyone, unless you’re interested in voluntary work.
I’ve experienced constant pay issues and am still owed a significant amount of money for hours I worked with Royal Mail during the lead up to Xmas. For example, on the 3rd of January I should have been paid for 60.21 hours and was paid for 15.5 hours. These hours were all submitted and confirmed by Royal Mail management at the time, with various requests then made to process these hours and pay, but to no avail. The fact that this still hasn’t been resolved, and it’s nearly February, provides a reflection of the agency’s competence, candidate support, and values.
Communication from Blue Arrow staff and managers has been really unsatisfactory throughout this process, reflected through a consistent lack of response or acknowledgement of emails, voicemails, and text messages when concerning pay issues.
I could go on, but having exhausted every avenue to be paid for the work I’ve done, I will now be passing on this information to ACAS and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate with the hope that no one else will have to experience this.

Blue arrow this so called SHIT Bastard Agency is Absolutely CRAP and Useless they never ever Give you work even if, you have vast experience, even in warehouse environment or production work, still these Stupid Agency Never Ever you a Job,totally useless

Poor vetting of candidates (in most cases none existent). App very clunky. They pay on time which gets them one star but it's definitely a recruitment company that's more like an agency that aims for minimum wage jobs and contracts. Aim for another recruiter if you're looking for a better quality job

Follow my previous review, I think they having a come back, I'm don't drive which it makes difficult to go on lot of places but I know they trying their best to find me some work so I thank the team for trying to accommodating me.

One particular employee of blue arrows so rude, she bullies staff, speaks to them like dirt on her shoe. Has made them cry and yet she is allowed to carry on going round businesses being awful to people. This is really unacceptable. Banned from places for being rude and offensive. Does not have a nice word to say about male workers at blue arrow, the things she says about them are vile and would be humiliating for them! I really would advise you rethink your staff!

Worked with them, this agency is so unprofessional and disorganised it really baffles me, imagine signing up for a job that doesn’t even bring not one salary to the table that is consistent to pay off bills.
This cost of living crisis is affecting a lot of people, would not recommend this agency, the staff make lies up to no give you shifts and don’t explain the issue. The booking are always last minute and random, the app is so out dated you can’t even navigate on it, the payslips rather come late or don’t come at all.
They are very disrespectful on the phone might I add, they don’t come and sign you in or out at any post your shift is at, so the company can say you haven’t showed up or lied.
You have staff that put each other down and managers don’t do anything about it.
When you request a p45 or p60,p65 you don’t get handed them, their response is you should deactivate your account your self.
They over a sudden work for the council and the shift location is budgeted by the council.
They over work black British staff.
They email so rudely.
They change supervisor every two weeks so you don’t know who’s handling your payments.
OVER ALL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Subject: Unacceptable Delays in Payment and Poor Communication
As of today, 16th December 2024, I am still waiting for payment for shifts worked on 18th, 19th, and 20th November 2024 under Blue Arrow's Royal Mail contract. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, including several emails and phone calls to the office, I have received unsatisfactory responses.
The latest explanation provided by the office is that there are delays due to "back-end processes that need to be checked," and that "a lot of shifts across the contract haven’t been accepted or logged on Joined Up by workers, so they need to be 100% certain that all queries have been worked before approval."
I sent an email on Friday, 13th December 2024, which remains unanswered by both the Manager and the Executive Recruitment Consultant as of 16th December 2024.
Blue Arrow, I am fed up with being given the runaround by your company. I worked these shifts and expect to be paid in a timely manner. It is completely unacceptable that employees are still waiting for payment for work completed a month ago, especially with Christmas approaching and the additional financial pressures it brings.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency to others. I worked with Blue Arrow for four weeks, and out of those four weeks, three weeks' worth of wages were either late or required chasing.
Given the ongoing issues, my next step is to contact ACAS in an attempt to recover the wages I am owed.
