I have received a cold call for unknown…

I have received a cold call from an unknown number asking the permission to share details for a remote job offer, I said yes. Right after, I have got a message from another number - evidently from the same business -, however, they didn't send me any job details, just a poor Ad. So, I asked them to share their company's name, which they did. Yet, instead of sending the details for this remote job, they repeatedly asked me in which age-range I am, like a pre-requisite. So I checked their website ...and blocked both numbers.

Absolutely useless and just clearly…

Absolutely useless and just clearly want to collect peoples data.So I apply for a vacancy.Get told once I register with their joke of a company they will send it off for 'immediate consideration'.No one turns up for the identification call.Get passed around 3 different departments across the county.Only for them to blame the google calender.They say someone will ring you.Next minute convincingly get email to say wasnt selected anyway.Dont register people on your file until you have work for that person its very frustrating and makes it look like you just collecting peoples personal data.

The most rude customer service I have…

The most rude customer service I have had the rasire of coming accross, ride condasending, calling in for work even or to speak to someone do nothing but waste your time talk down to you and have nothing available for anyone ever, only one or two people I have spoke to there are friendly but rest time wasters peaces of turds who are there just to waste your time

I received a call today at 18.06 from a call centre representing Blue Arrow. When they mentioned who they were I said "I'm not interested in talking to recruiters right now". The call handler responded "you don't even know what the call is about you d**k", before hanging up.

Don’t bother very poor communicators

What a total waste of my time. This company sent me a email requesting lots of information of me which I sent. THEN ……. NOTHING they haven’t even got the decency to contact me when I emailed them.

Unprofessional agency can't even attend their own interviews.

Applied for a drivers role through the Bellshill branch. Had an appointment for a Microsoft Teams interview to confirm my documents I submitted through their website with a named member of their team. I joined the meeting 10 minutes early, planned to start at 1pm I stayed in the meeting room for 45 minutes. The interview was supposed to run 13:00-13:15.

Not a single Blue Arrow representative attended this meeting, even for the extra 30 minutes I stayed to give the benefit of the doubt. I have since sent two emails to Blue Arrow asking for an explaination or to reschedule with another different interviewer and have yet to hear any response other than an automated text message that sent me the exact same job listing I was applying for already, unbelievable.

Totally unprofessional agency that should be avoided at all costs. Couldn't even take the effort to attend an arranged interview that had several days notice from the time of booking. No attempt to contact me before hand or after to clear up any issues with attending on their end. AVOID.

Bad management…

Since the new manager took over she cancels your shifts without telling you and gives them to the favourites. If you have a problem in the workplace it's a waste of time reporting it. They just don't want to know. As long as we're lining their pockets they don't care about people's welfare.

It's A SCAM

It's A SCAM. I got a message asking if Im still looking for a Job with Google AD, I said yes. within 1 minute somebody what's app me regarding a position and full job description. However by this time I was well aware this was a scam, who sends what's app messages asking for personal details. Anyway I blocked both numbers immediately. These scammers also hack into your what's app accounts as you have been corresponding with them, they then start to begg your contacts for money.
This is so horrible this SCAM needs to be made more public

Ive been scammed last week where I lose £2500 in a fake job. I was contacted by Luna ffrom Blue Arrow Recruitment for a remote job opportunity which I was looking for. The lady transfered my file to the agent Anne who started to talk about been a Remote Travel assitant. she uploaded a platform where I started to work and suddenly I was doing a "great job" that to withdraw the money I had to do the deposit. Of course, I lose all the money... Dont be silly as me. Dont trust in this agency, its fake!!

Random spam WhatsApp from Maria asking if interested in a remote position. Told her where to go and blocked. Who uses recruitment companies like this!?

One of the most unprofessional approaches I've ever had. Just ignore, delete and report. After requesting a gdpr request to stop.

Ridiculous experience with this agency

I was initially contacted by a consultant based in the Glasgow office regarding an administrative position in Hamilton. Following a successful completion of all necessary checks and interviews, I commenced the role in early July. My contract was initially stated to last until the end of August. However, to my surprise, just two weeks into the role, with only one week of hands-on experience with the systems, I received the news of my immediate termination via a Teams video call. My manager cited that I hadn't reached the desired level of proficiency she expected.

It was baffling to be expected to excel in a role within such a short time frame. I was taken aback when I noticed that the job was re-advertised just two days after my termination. This led me to speculate if there might be some arrangement between the company and the agency to undertake placing and subsequently terminating employees in order to swiftly replace them and receive a bonus.

In an effort to secure new employment and manage my financial responsibilities, I reached out to the consultant via email after my termination. Regrettably, my email went unanswered, prompting me to remove my account from their platform, and I've decided not to utilize their services for any future job searches.

My experience has left me with a very negative mindset of this agency, and I would not recommend their services to others.

Beware

Beware, the 999 call centre jobs at British telecom, being advertised, is NOT guaranteed and they don't mention that anywhere on their adverts! Blue Arrow lures you, making you think you've landed a "wonderful job" at BT as 999 call handler. AT first, they tell you you will you get FULL FOUR WEEKS paid TRAINING (Full time), then they reduce the training to THREE WEEKS. This is still ok but what makes it worst is when BT (midway through the training) decides that three weeks training is too long and fire FIVE people out of the eight hired by Blue Arrow, six working days before the end of the agreed three weeks training. One morning you come and they just ask you to pack your things and leave! This is unacceptable! What a disgraceful way to treat people! The Blue Arrow representative at BT will NOT do anything for you. As long as she is being pampered by BT, she does not care a damn about the people hired by her company. AVOID!!!! Some of the five people kicked out even resigned from their former jobs thinking they will be working at BT after the end of that "training". They were not even allowed to finish the training!
Shame shame shame on you Blue Arrow! You should learn to protect the interests of the people you hire.
