I have been with blue arrow on & off…

I have been with blue arrow on & off over ten years. My last assignment has been a year & a half and blue arrow have been nothing but superb. Credit to all staff at the Southampton Branch. Keep up the excellent work!. I would would highly recommend using this recruiter. My assignment has turned into a permanent role.

I have been working with Blue Arrow

I have been working with Blue Arrow, for the 4 years. I can honestly say this company have help me a lot over the years. I want to thank the team from Tooting now relocated to Morden for their support specially Darren, James, Jarek from City Blue Arrow, a big thank you to you all. I am so comfortable with them in terms of reliability and consistency with employment. I have never had issues with employment and Darren, have always valued my experience and knowledge as a professional chef, and tried his best to get best for me.

I would recommend this company for anyone looking for work on short or long-term.

Thank you guys for all your support and it as being a a wonderful experience working with you all.

2.5 years now at Agency

I've been working 2.5 year now for Bluearrow and hands down this is the best chefs agency. Flexibility, work-life balance is doing amazing things for me.
I'm very happy to continue to work for them, also a great management from Gareth and Darren.

Great team

I think blue arrow are very good never had a problam finding work and staff are always very helpfull darren does what ever he can to help you out everthing i ask is allways sorted asap. And even when darren is off he gives great pass over to ben who is just as helpfull. So thanks alot for all your support to the team

1.5 years ago, I tool over a difficult (staffing wise) Contract. Staff were calling in sick and we had gaps every single week. Darren Scott at Blue Arrow as well as Katarzyna Kaczynska and Gareth were a God send. We received support every single week. I cannot praise them enough.

Worked at Covid Site with Blue Arrow - a great team and really well managed. Covid was a hard time and Blue Arrow helped make it so much better for alot of people, giving them work and help the community for Covid Testing.

AVOID

Avoid.
These people are a joke, especially Victor Navarro who is one of their consultants. I had an offer from BT to work as a call handler, and before accepting I had a few questions for BT regarding personal matters and if they would be accommodated for. Victor asked me to send them to him and that he would forward them. After that, he completely stopped replying despite me chasing him up daily with countless emails. This caused me to miss the start date at BT and thus miss out on the job offer. Funny how he was replying perfectly fine until that happened.

How did I find out that I missed the start date? By calling Blue Arrow and explaining the situation. Then I was told “oh, that job has already started now.” Was Victor not man enough to tell me that for himself? What was the need to start ghosting me like a child? These people are a joke.

They will completely drop you/ghost you if they feel you no longer benefit them in some way.
Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely CRAP so called Agency Blue Arrow

Absolutely CRAP so called Agency, People who deal with Hovis Forest Gate hovis are total Crap, they even didn't pay for my induction which these lot owe me, Also they never answered any calls, pathetic Agency please STAY AWAY!!!, from this Crap Agency I wouldn't recommend them.

Beware of your driving times!!

Beware of your driving times.
Companies are booking drivers through Blue Arrow by only asking for the trip time on google maps literaly stop to stop, with no allowance for anything you may do. From vechicle checks to fuelling to deliveries to breaks. Nothing is added in on the requested hours of work. Then once your on shift half way around the route, you realise your going tobe over your driving hours and the companies knew this too. I have come to realise most of the companies are badly managed with poor transport Logistics and agency drivers licenses are throw away fodder. Why has this gaslighting not been stopped? Tiredness Kills and drivers need to know thier expected driving day when they agree it. I worked for a company at Portbury Docks and I've now resigned from any driving work due to that company... nobody will risk my license again.

Only recently joined blue arrow & started a job 2 weeks ago. Today is pay day & no wages!!
They are apparently having issues but that doesn't put food on my table. What s joke.

A great team, 100% recommended.

I started working with this agency in the summer of 2023, in the Edinburgh Royal Mail driver campaign, everything was fine except for a few small problems I had regarding some weekly payments, as there were incidents and misunderstandings with the programs for collecting hours worked and I also think that my English did not help much to understand us better, finally the manager Mathew quickly solved everything and tried to get everything in order. Mathew (the manager) is a super attentive person with the workers and always tries to help us and tries to make his team do everything right. I also have to say that all the people in the team attended me super well when I went to ask something personally at their offices and they solved any doubts or questions I may have. All companies have problems because nowadays we depend mostly on technological programs and technology fails many times... The important thing is that they found the problem, they knew how to solve it quickly, which is very difficult since they have many workers under their responsibility and that means that they form a great team. If you are from Edinburgh and are looking for a job, don’t hesitate for a moment to work with this blue arrow team located at 83 princes st, recommended 100%. I especially wanted to thank Mathew for his attention. Sincerely Carlos.

This company is corrupt and full of nepatism. Even the boss has his Mrs and family working for the company. Yet when people are laid off 'long termers' surprise surprise BA keep there relatives.

Started working for Blue Arrow…

Started working for Blue Arrow Liverpool
Over 4 months ago . Using there easy to work around Web site enrolled and gave them a call . Went to the office to meet for a one to one and a few days later started work . And have now been given a permanent position with the company I was working for Through Blue Arrow .
Great staff and always there to help with any issues that may arise .
If your looking for an honest Agency look no further Blue Arrow Liverpool will help you with your career .
