Annual Travel Insurance
I had Blue Bear Travel Insurance for a trip to Australia a few years ago, and decided to use them again.
It was a very quick and easy process to take out an Annual Insurance policy with them.

Medical screening - excellent
I found the buying experience great. Asking those few more health questions so felt that I was not being “punished” for being 70 and advised to take blood pressure tablets. I’m very fit, within healthy height to weight ratio and no adverse effects from raised blood pressure readings. When I visited my doctor he said he had never seen anyone with so few medical notes! Most insurance companies charged a massive premium at the mention of High BloodPressure. I felt the extra health questions gave a far better picture of my health.
Of course the real proof of how good a policy is happens if a claim has to be made. Hopefully this won’t have to happen!

Them. Update: holiday was cancelled due to coronavirus. Great support, very quick response and very helpful. They provided full protection In case I needed to make a claim for losses until I recovered Through credit card S.75 - No response from Norwegian for Their cancelled flights refund- and Airbnb refunded accommodation, so no losses. Then blue bear refunded my policy. What more could anyone ask? Definitely keep using blue bear.

There was a slight delay in answering the telephone but this was by additional calls following Corona virus.
The staff couldn’t be more helpful and had good knowledge of the various policies.
