Awful products and service

I would not order from them again and would steer clear of this company.
They have sent me very obviously used underwear, which is disgusting and so unhygienic. I ordered two items, one has clearly been worn as it has stains all over it and the other has no hygiene protection in.
I’ve been trying to get in contact with them to complain and get a refund as I do not want the underwear, however no one has responded to my emails or live chat. Impossible to get hold of and looking at previous reviews this seems to be a problem.

The underwear is fine but this company…

The underwear is fine but this company ranks as one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune to use. I purchased one item in two sizes because I was unsure of the fit and returned the second. I have now been waiting weeks for the refund even though they accept the goods have been returned, I have contacted them online but they use a stupid AI bot which tells me that they will forward to information to a human being. I then receive an email telling me that they are busy and it will take 72 hours to respond. I of course get no response after that.I shall now have to resort to my credit card company.

I love Bluebella

I love Bluebella - beautifully designed, sexy and comfy too! I have slowly but surely been building up so almost all my bras are from here. I'm not usually one to bother with matching knickers either but feel like their sets are just a work of art so always treat myself to the knickers too. Very worth the money. Thank you for all the thought you put into these Bluebella <3

The worst Customer Care ever!!

The worst Customer Care ever!!! I have been waiting for a refund since December without any feedback on my multiple emails, only access to an automated AI chatbot customer service and never got a human being on their customer care phone line. And I am still waiting for my refund after two months or at least a written update... Radio silence!

The products are fantastic, customer support bad

The products are fantastic. The customer support is just bad. I placed an order for three items with gift wrapping. They somehow managed to send the entirely wrong order but with the correct gift message. It takes 4 business days just to get a response. I’m now at 8 business days since they received my return and no refund has been issued. I was charged a second time to get the correct items.

Disappointed

Have ordered from this site quite a bit and was very pleased with quality and choice of product. Unfortunately last order I placed on 7/1/2026 has still not arrived so this is why I havent given it 5 Stars.Also very hard to get to customer service on this site.
