I have responded to both emails from this customer within 12 hours after receiving them, and I am currently in communication with her on IG. I have asked several times for her to unwrap the tissue papered doll which was also in her order to see if the lose mouse has been put there for safe keeping. I am waiting to hear back. I am unclear why I have received a 1 star review
Lovely Package
I really liked the lovely bluebell tissue paper my mouse came in, and also the yummy sweets! Amazing quality, keep doing what you are doing.
