I had previously worked in a care home…
I had previously worked in a care home for 21 years and really needed a change as everything in the care home was Rush Rush Rush. I am now on my eighth year with Bluebird. My only regret is that I wished I had joined them sooner, such a great company to work for very caring would highly recommend.

Bluebird acted fast when I contacted them and soon arranged a visit to assess the situation. A care plan was put in place quickly and efficently. The manager helped me enormously with practical tips and was very kind, cheerful and efficient. Carers were well liked by the person I look after and performed wonders making him clean and tidy again. Probably not the cheapest Care Agency but certainly one of the best we are very pleased with the first two weeks..

Excellent service - carers are perfect for our needs - reliable and user friendly. Very reassuring to have them involved.

All the care staff that help our family member (Husband & Father) on a daily basis are outstanding with his personal care, they are so respectful, nothing is to much trouble and the office team go above and beyond for our needs. You all do an amazing job..."Thank you Bluebird"

The care that is provided by Bluebirds is second to none. The carers that come out to visit your family member are kind, friendly and approachable. They also raise any wellbeing or health concerns with the office staff who are then in constant touch with you and medical professionals. The care shown towards my mother in law over the past 8-10 months has been amazing and a peace of mind in knowing she can stay in her own home and receive gold standard care from the team. The office staff are highly supportive and approachable should a family member have concerns and they will liaise with medical professionals. I highly recommend this care service for your loved ones.

Wow Bluebird Care, I live locally in Cannock. I had a fall in Cannock I fell over a traffic calming mound. I fell on my face, I didn't know what to do when a lady parking her car came rushing over to me helped me to the sitting position, called an ambulance, then 2 of her colleagues came, one administered first aid the other went to direct the ambulance. The first lady called my son provided me with a foil blanket and something to sit on as the ground was wet. These three people were like angels sent to help me. My husband and I are pensioners and are not at the stage to need extra care, but I found out these three ladies were carers for Bluebird Care. If I need care later on down the line I would certainly be contacting Bluebird Care. If these ladies can react like they did to a complete stranger I can only imagine how they treat their clients. Thank you Bluebird Care.

I have worked for Bluebird care for 5 years now, I must say Bluebird is a great place to work. All staff are absolutely amazing and so are our customers. I would highly recommend Bluebird care to friends and family .

I would like to reiterate on behalf of my father and his four children just how grateful we have been for your care, help and personalised support. From the very first meeting up until after his death, we cannot fault Bluebird Care and will be recommending you highly to everyone. Your attention to the details of our father's needs and your understanding and fulfilment of these were second to none. Bluebird care Luton are terrible. Do not trust them with your loved one. They refused to provide their staff with PPE. The staff are not kind, empathetic or helpful.

Awful service. DO NOT USE. GO ELSEWHERE.

Working for this care company, has been nothing but pleasure and I can confidently say they truly prioritize the well-being of their clients and their care staff. The team's management professionalism, and dedication shine through in their everyday interaction. It's a privilege to be part of such a caring organization.

I have worked for Bluebird N E Lincs for nearly 6 years. My overall experience has been positive and very enjoyable. About a year ago the company faced some unusual challenges which did cause some turbulence. However since then our new management team have worked tirelessly to resolve any issues and continue to do so. I believe the company is now back on track and maintain Bluebird is a great place to work. Caring can be challenging at times but I have always felt valued and supported by my team. Most of my customers have been with us for many years and I am very proud to be part of their journey.

I started with Bluebird care nearly 2 years ago now.
When I first started, despite being in care for a long time, my confidence was near enough shattered.
With the absolute best support from all the office staff, that has completely changed.
So much has changed in the last year and honestly its been for the better.
We now have a wonderful manager who is not only supportive but listens and guides when needed.
We also have new directors who have just changed everything for the better and made staff happy with their honesty and integrity.
It is like being part of a crazy blended family where everyone looks out for each other and above everything they put the customers first.

I cant recommend Bluebird enough. If you are passionate and caring and willing to do little things to put a smile on someone's face then Bluebird is the place to do it.

It's been now five months working with this company and absolutely LOVE it. The fellow carers are amazing and so is the management. Friendly and understanding and helpful in manyyyy ways. Never once felt like I didn't belong and was always made felt welcomed. Glad to be a part of an amazing team. REALLY grateful. 💕

I have only been working for Bluebird for just over a month now but I can honestly say I’ve never enjoyed a job as much as I have working here. Being completely new to care work was quite daunting but with the fantastic training I’ve had from Bluebird and my lovely colleagues in the Boston team, I am starting to gain confidence in myself from day to day. I am excited to gain more experience and knowledge and also to see what opportunities I can gain from Bluebird. If you’re looking for an excellent care company who genuinely cares about both their customers and staff whether you’re new to care or experienced, I can’t recommend Bluebird enough! I’d recommend Bluebird to my family and friends if I or anyone I knew needed a care package as it’s clear to see this company do genuinely care about getting the best care possible for their customers and they’re not just another number to tick off!!

We are really pleased with the care Mum has received. Mum really likes the carers and they know her well and are lovely with her. The office staff are really responsive and very helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend

We have been using Bluebird since the beginning of 2024 having been highly recommended them by my uncle who had engaged Bluebird over many years to help look after his wife. They visit our 90 year old mother 3 times a day helping her get dressed, make meals, help with exercises, tidy up, look after laundry, help with medications and lots of other tasks. They have a task flow management system which ensures there is a seamless handover between carers and also allows us to monitor how mum is by reading their call notes via an App. They try to schedule as many visits to as small a group of carers as possible, allocating favourites, such as Deline Mwavumisa, (Del), who is just simply wonderful; always cheerful, bubbly and so kind and caring. The office based team, and especially Lisa, and including Jess and Kelly are lovely, very responsive and always going the extra mile to help our mum! With Bluebirds support system mum has been able to live independently at her home of 35 years and she is happy and well looked after. My brother and I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for home care support! They are simply the best!
