Do not purchase from this company. I purchased the 3 in 1 charger. The AirPod charger did not work. I sent emails, uploaded videos, went to an electrical store who confirmed there was a problem with the charger. I also purchased the power bank. It did not initially charge. Drained very quickly for a small iphone charge. Loads of emails again - I have one question regarding how much the power bank should drain for how much of a phone charge. They can’t answer the question. Poor customer service and crappy product.

I really like my keyboard. I paid extra to get it shipped faster. It arrived and it works wonderfully. Money well spent, honey!

Avoid - they make it very difficult to order the correct product and don’t offer a refund when the wrong one gets delivered . No customer services and no 14 days online order cooling off period acknowledged apparently.

I bought the 3 in 1 charger with the wooden look stand. First one arrived and didnt work, replacement arrived after many emails and 2 videos sent to bluebolt and was also dead on arrival. On both i can see a small bit of melted plastic around one of the metal terminals which i suspect is the issue. Very poor product.

IPad keyboard lasted six months.
Bought an iPad keyboard that lasted six months when the swivel mechanism failed. While Bluebolt advertise a twelve month warrantee this does not cover normal wear and tear. I would not recommend this product and feel the stated warrantee is misleading.
Misleading and false advertising
I purchased an IPad stand for my IPad Air 13 (M3). The stand would not hold the IPad. It would slide off the magnetic plate. I contacted customer service regarding a return as my purchase confirmation stated free returns within 30 days of not satisfied. I was told that I could not return it because it was a compatibility issue, and they could not accept the return because I had opened the box. They offered to exchange it so I selected another IPad case, and the reply was that wasn’t compatible either. No phone number for customer service was on the website site and when I asked for it, the reply was that I could reach out to them. It was a dead end communication loop, perhaps all AI. So I am stuck with an expensive IPad stand that is useless.

Not delivered, not refunded
I order products Nov. 20 with a 5-9 day delivery estimate. As of Jan. 18 the product is still not delivered. I have followed up with the company twice requesting a refund and had one "we'll look into it" response and nothing more. The tracking is directly on the Bluebolt website with no evidence of having shipped with a third party carrier. It feels like the company is a scam. They offer a delivery/return insurance for a few dollars which I purchased but it apparently has not helped.
Unethical Company
Received a watch, earphone, and iPhone charger for Christmas.
Doesn’t work and the company is putting my wife through a series of photo and video requests to dodge the problem and delay!!!

Purchased on the hope of getting a good charger instead of paying triple the cost for an Apple certified charger for iPhone Apple Watch and spinoff air buds. So far phone Ian’s earbuds are charging. Apple Watch not so much. Had to go back to original charger. Not feeling confident about long term quality or if damage to my product is likely. 🤷🏽♀️would not recommend.
Horrible product with even worse…
Horrible product with even worse customer service!!! I bought the case and wireless keyboard for my iPad Pro 12.9”. It’s bulky and keeps glitching. The case itself is bulky. You have to constantly link the keyboard by turning the power button on and off. Same goes with the power button. I tried calling, sending emails, and messaging through the website portal. Several times over 3-4 weeks. But to no avail. No response. Zero. Nada.
Poor Customer Service, slow charger
Please notice that most trusted reviews of this company outside their website only average 3 stars, so please don’t trust any 5- star reviews within the same site that sells the product.
When I purchased two (2) trifold wireless chargers, I only opened one & found it to be extremely slow charging my iPhone & worked only random & very slow on my android.
I wanted to return both, but they do not allow return of an open package -and it took over three (3)weeks for them to approve a simple return of my other unopened item.
When you request a return, they have to approve the return before they will send you a shipping label; they ask questions with multiple choice answers that did not fit my simple return; an unopened item. And they require proof of the unopened box, which I provided multiple times over a 3-week period before they finally approved my return & sent me a shipping label.
I do not recommend this company for their lack of customer service, or the product lack of efficiency.
I bought a car phone holder from…
I bought a car phone holder from BlueBolt Chargers. After a short amount of time, the phone falls from the holder. I have reached out to the company for the past month about a refund, but they have not issued it or even agreed to issue it. They requested a video; I sent it. The video clearly shows that the holder does not work. They then requested that I take another video of the holder with my phone attached to it, but without using my phone case. I refused because I do not want to risk damaging a $1,500 phone all because they are stalling to issue a refund and do not want to take responsibility. I explained to them that I would not be risking my phone and the phone holder should be able to work with a phone that has a case on it. The issue has still not been resolved.
Unreliable and would not recommend BlueBolt
Placed an order on December 1 and have still not received items. Nothing was stated upon placement of order that item(s) would not arrive in time to give them as gifts for Christmas. I’ve requested a refund on two occasions. Instead I’ve been sent a completely wrong tracking number for items that I did not purchase. Something seems very off with this company (transparency, customer service and delivery of items) and would not recommend purchasing anything from BlueBolt.
