Not one for leaving reviews, but really not at all impressed with this company.

1. They are not UK based. They are based in Australia and they are shipped from Australia, which they do not say anywhere! I would not have ordered had I known they would take this long to arrive. I ordered these chargers as Christmas gifts for clients on 12th December, thinking that’s loads of time, 24th December and they are still not arrived! Who knows when they will actually arrive.

2. As they are Australian based, you cannot claim back 20 % VAT, again not mentioned anywhere.

3. They say sign up by email for a 10% discount which I did, later to find out that bit allowed on sales items, which again is not stated on the website.

They seem to hide a lot of information from the buyer, which I find dishonest and obviously hidden to stop people going elsewhere.

I can’t comment on the chargers, as who know when they will arrive!

Buy from an honest UK based company and save the trouble!

I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. Their advertising and marketing is false. I purchased some chargers and between the time they arrived - took about a week- my needs changed and so when they arrived I never opened them and requested a return. Note that I also purchased a prepaid return option at the time of purchase. AND checked the return AND saw the 30 day money back guarantee boldly placed on their website. It has been 4 days of me sending photos of the unopened chargers (they requested photos), emails to customer support and I am constantly being told they will review my request and get back to me. Its absurd. They are questioning why I want to return them? Its none of their business frankly and the items are in their original packaging. Not even the cellophane is off. They clearly are not confident enough in their products to accept legitimate returns. And they should not be offering a pre-paid return option if they are going to be making it so difficult. Find your chargers elsewhere.

Company does not stand behind their products.

Ordered a super expensive Apple Watch metal band. While I originally loved it, within weeks the black painted metal started to rub off. I reached out to Bluebolt with my concern, they told me that any black coated metal will eventually wear down but that they are not responsible for that.

I was skeptical when I ordered it, it took a little while to arrive but when I received it I was completely shocked at how good it is the quality and it does exactly what is advertised, I would highly recommend

I have bought a few other keyboards from well known retailers, and have been unable to find anything quite like this one. I love the rotation and durability, specifically. Our family uses our ipad for many things and the flexibility of this product meets all of our needs. Very satisfied!

Buyer beware!!!! Do not buy from this company! They will not refund you if your product does not work. I purchased a tripod with remote and the remote did not work at all. I reached out and they asked me to send a video of it not working. I did, and then they con tinued to ask 500 questions but still refused a return for a refund. This is NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS!!!!

I purchased two chargers and one of them does not charge on the inclined plate for the phone and the only way it charges my watch is if I unplug the charger and plug it back. Not worth the price in my opinion.

The charger took a long time to arrive and certainly cannot be described as thin! It’s quite chunky! It also runs out of charge really quickly, barely one full charge of my iPhone 15 Pro, and it gets incredibly hot, too. Really not worth the money.

I purchased one a year ago and love it, use it everyday. My 7 yr old granddaughter loves it to the point that she always uses my iPad. I just purchased one for her for a Christmas gift, she will be excited. I am looking forward to not having to share mine also ;)
Customer service is very helpful and replied back to my question the same day! I would definitely recommend this company and their products.

BEWARE !!!! 27 emails for a return that they agreed was incorrect, and I was misinformed by their website. I matched the model and, with the cover, was supplied a smaller unit. On the 9th email, they agreed to a refund. It then took another 20 emails back and forth to get the details. PLUS, then they charge a $10.99AU restocking fee, plus I pay the return shipping of $59.00AU. So basically return cost $78.99 for the original cost of $139.00+shipping. Emails at the start were replied to in 24hours, then they replied after 3 days, or after a second reminder email was sent. My review is shop elsewhere, even if you pay more. NOT WORTH THE RISK.

I purchased the combined travel charger and power bank. Like others this took a while to arrive from China but all seemed fine on arrival. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks it became clear that the product was faulty. When being used as a charger it kept cutting out meaning that devices took ages to charge. Then when being used as a power bank it became very hot. When I tried to return it I was given the run around by the ‘5 star customer service’ who kept putting barriers in the way such as requiring a video of the fault. As things stand they are still refusing a refund despite being required to do so under my local consumer protection laws. For the price charged for an apparently premium product I would have expected better.
