DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. My order was placed on March 5th. No acknowledgement of order, no goods received, and no replies to direct messages or emails. I was sadly sucked in by the beautiful looking website and claims of eco-credentials. An expensive mistake.

I ordered an item on the 12th of March and I have not received it. It has been three weeks and I have had no contact. I have emailed them three times and a message on Instagram and had no reply. I have paid for the item and I’m now unable to contact them.

Part of the order was missing, I have made 2 attempts to contact this company by email. Once through their own contact page to advise of the missing item. No response. I am now left with the only option of opening a claim with Paypal. I would not purchase an item from this company again

Have left mutiple emails to find an update to our order. No response and absolutely no way to contact them my phone. Avoid

If I could leave no stars, I would!
I ordered a flower press and received the usual order confirmation stating they would email when it had dispatched.
On the website it says they dispatch next day,
I hadn’t heard anything from them over a week later. Didn’t reply to my emails.
No sign of a dispatch 10 days later, and not a word.
Had to get a refund through PayPal in the end.
Shockingly bad company! AVOID at all costs!

Exceptional service & beautiful, heirloom flower press. Could not ask for a better experience. My daughter (across the pond) loves it & made her graduation celebration extra special. <3

Ordered a toy for my Grandson's birthday on 25th Oct, received the standard email order acknowledgement and then.... nothing. No communication whatsoever, sent emails and Messenger requests via their Facebook page, all totally ignored. No contact phone number anywhere to be found. All very frustrating & very poor customer service. Obtained refund via Paypal....

I never leave a bad review but I have no idea how else I can contact the company. I placed my order in April, an item was missing and after chasing I was told it was because it was out of stock. I was offered a refund, a replacement or to wait, which I appreciated. I explained I was happy to wait for the item if they could give me an estimated time frame. Since then I have had no reply to my emails & instagram messages. I have asked for a refund and still nothing 3 months later. I am really disappointed as I really loved the products. All I wanted was a rough idea of when I would expect the item as it was for a present.

Absolutely amazing product, prices, and they are so quick to respond to any communication. Everything I have received is great quality and I will continue to work with them!! Love this company!!

The second product was Kolekto's Architectural Toy, which beside being a great toy could also serve the purpose of a great decoration piece.

I recently ordered the London Wooden Architectural Toy and the Eco Wooden Bear Plate and was quite surprised by the quality of both, as they look even better in real life! When holding them, you can really tell that these are high quality and durable products that will last you for a long time! Definitely worth checking them out :)

Ordered a bunny teether for my baby. It was packaged well, exactly as pictured and overall a great product. Very happy .

Just received the bowl today. It is exactly what I ordered. The item was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. Will definitely order from them again.

After finally finding plastic free products for kids, I ended up with a huge pile of plastic packaging. Products as such nothing to complain.
