Beware of discount offers - they don't work
I wasn't going to review, but I got that many emails about reviewing that here it is. The products themselves are great - I would buy again. The issue I had is that Bluecrate offered a 'buy 1 get 1 half price' discount on two items, but because I was having them delivered (paying for delivery, not free delivery) to two different addresses, they wouldn't allow the discount. When I contacted customer services, I got a 'sorry about that' email with no attempt to resolve or honour the discount. Just be careful about going through the process of choosing your dolls and photographs etc if you're banking on a discount.
