People looked deformed!
Whilst the idea behind the product is good (I ordered the illustration from a photograph). The actual product was pretty bad. All three of the people in the image ended up looking deformed from a photograph which was really nice! It was a Father’s Day gift from my boys to their dad and I had to laugh when giving it to my husband and warn him how bad it was as we could never put it up in our house!

Very unflattering and disappointed
I ordered a Personalised Couple Photo Portrait Poster of my partner and children. Unfortunately when it turned up it was extremely unflattering of them all, my partner looked about 75 (he’s in his 30’s) and my sons face was contorted and he had pointy elf ears.
I spoke to customer services and wondered if I could use a different picture/it could be redone/get a refund who were in fairness quick to respond and apologetic and said they would speak to the designer. I didn’t hear back after this but did receive a new one in the post - sadly it’s EXACTLY THE SAME. Disappointed as certainly can’t put it up on the wall.

Such a shame I’ve been let down
Such a shame I’ve been let down. Ordered 2 of the same item on 28th February to be sent to Australia. 10 weeks later they hadn’t arrived, then only 1 was sent. After a week of emails telling me it had been fed back to various “teams” I gave up and asked for a refund for the missing item as nothing has been done to resolve the problem. When they turn up the items are really good. Hugely disappointed, won’t be using again.
