Sketchy customer service
I ordered the mini-me doll and face mask 3 weeks ago. Mind you, I live in the EU so I’m extremely far away (sarcasm).
The mini-me was dispatched almost immediately and I received it about a week later which is expected.
But the face mask...
The face mask was never even dispatched.
Yes; three weeks have passed and yet they didn’t bother to even send it.
Did I write to them? Obviously. Several days after receiving the doll I asked what’s up with the face mask considering it wasn’t even sent. Never got a reply. Probably because I sent it via their site which is probably bugged.
Therefore, I wrote again and this time directly via my email so I have proof and U requested a refund. They finally replied and for some reason asked me a picture of the mini doll I received!? First time for everything, I guess. I send them back the requested image and they assured me that they will check what’s happening with the mask and get back to me. They didn’t give my refund.
5 full days passed from that and still no reply or further information what’s happening with the “cheap” 15 pounds mask. Today I again requested a refund. Mind you, I highly doubt they will give me one considering they are very sketchy.
EDIT:
James fixed it and I got my mask for free.

I'll look into this personally and make sure that we get back in touch with you. Of course, your refund will be processed right away if it hasn't already and I'll look into why the mask never made it. It should've been there at a similar time the Mini Me as they are both made in the UK.
