Wanted a Worcester boiler last year when our boiler broke. Checked the Worcester website, as I wanted the best local firm to install. Checked the reviews, had a few quotes from other companies but was very impressed by Gary at initial meeting as he gave a very thorough assessment of our needs and immediately appeared trustworthy ( due to the set up of water pressure / pipes in our house he actually recommended a cheaper boiler than 2 other firms, as there was no benefit to be gained from having the slightly more powerful, more expensive devices ). Excellent install, no problems, Leon and the boys were very efficient and clean and answered all my questions. Around Christmas time had an issue with a frozen exhaust water pipe and Gary was immediately available to advise what to do.One year on have just had first service ( which was free ) and I have no hesitation in signing up to monthly plan to cover yearly service and pipes. I only wish other contractors I've recently had to have had as much pride in their work as Gary and the team. Would use again without hesitation and have highly recommended Blue Flame to all family and friends

Had no problems with Blue Flame Gas Solutions from the initial quote through to the installation of our new gas combi boiler, everything was done without any problems.

The company agreed an appointment to suit me and kept me informed. The guys turned up on time, quickly identified the problem with the boiler and made an additional repair while they were there. The guys were very helpful and explained the problem and its solution clearly.

Within 3 weeks of contacting Blue Flame my new boiler was neatly installed, the old system completely removed and even installed a radiator that I had pre-purchased free of charge.

These guys are reliable, tidy and incredibly good at their job, all done by people who are approachable and knowledgeable. In all the works I have had done I have never felt as confident as I did with Garry and the rest of the team.

Every step of the way, details were given to me freely and honestly making sure I got a personalised system and service for a price that beat everyone else I had gone to. No extra sell or mystery charges, everything was explained and customisable.

Trying to find the right people just by looking online or from a newspaper is let's be honest pot luck, even these reviews may not be all they seem,
but never the less i just had to post my experience with Blue Flame Gas Solutions.
1. I rang a few people they didn't turn up, Gary did and on time and when he said he would.
2. The quote arrived within a few day's via email as he said it would.
3. I accepted the quote and they turned up on the day they said they would and completed a full new central heating system and boiler within two day's, oh! and they cleaned up after themselves, and one year on they came and serviced the boiler, again as they said they would.

Excellent work around the house. Used this company to install a full central heating system and can honestly say their work was very professional and can not recommend them enough.

They have come back and returned to do my yearly service, and again, the service from the boys who came was simply top notch. They even gave me very good advice on upgrading my fire. Which I will not use anyone else but this company to carry out the work.

Today we used Blue Flame for the first time, we cannot say enough good things about these boys, their work was excellent they were prompt, efficient and very clean ,and we totally trusted them, a 5 star service all round and we would definitely recommend them.

Blueflame gas solutions where brilliant, I wanted an initial quote and Garry was more than helpful and willing to talk me through everything I needed , I had a very detailed quote and I was booked in within weeks, they did a full boiler change taking out all the old pipes, water tanks, and the boiler, there was minimal mess and they where constantly checking to make sure there was no leaks or dust. They worked very hard for the time they were there and made sure everything was in good working order, they even moved a couple of radiators around for me, nothing was too much trouble. Leon took his time explaining to me how to drain and fill the boiler and how the fancy thermostat worked. I was over the moon with the final finish of all the worked carried out, The full upgraded boiler system and labour from Blue flame was cheaper than the other quotes I had and they were by far more professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work carried out.
