Gary was extremely helpful when our boiler went down, our old boiler was condemned by Swalec due to a faulty flue, which happened on a Wednesday and he fitted our new boiler on the Friday, with no questions asked. Extremely clean as he put dust sheets all around the house, and explained everything to us about the boiler etc as he finished. Great work, would highly recommend to anyone.

I have recently had a new boiler fitting, the service I received from Garry was excellent, the work was done on time, promptly and very clean, he took the time to explain how to use the system and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend him.

Boiler replacement time - visited to give our third quote, and it was clear from the beginning that Garry and his company Blue Flame Gas Solutions was in a different class to the other 2 we had seen; cordial and good humoured, with great technical knowledge, explained in a simple way what we needed and why; pricing was very competitive, and the final cost equalled the quotes!
Installation day lived up to the promises made, arriving on time, cloths to keep the carpets clean, minimal disruption, clear explanation of our new smart thermostat and boiler controls;
Everything worked like a dream once they left, and has continued to do so; we even invited them back soon after to replace some radiators that had seen better days;
I would not hesitate to recommend the company to family, friends and neighbors, in fact I already have started doing that!

Fantastic service from Garry and his team at Blue Flame, changed my old back bolier for a new combi, wasn't the easiest of jobs to do, however they completed amazing work and tidy up after themselves which was an added bonus. Would 100% recommend Blue Flame

Excellent experience with Garry and leon. Incredibly skilled engineers and genuinly nice blokes. the quality of their work was fantastic so much attention to detail. Went above and beyond what I asked doing additional work which included fitting a new drain pipe from my boiler as the old pipe looked tatty and was loose and fixing a radiator which had been plumbed incorrectly. These were done at no extra charge either. Garry is very much a perfectionist with his work so he wanted to ensure everything was spot on. The new boiler has also been piped up beautifully thanks to Leon and the difference in my heating now is unreal. Will be having them back to fit new radiators next. If your looking for an honest skilled tradesman you won't go wrong with blue flame. Would recommend to anyone thanks again lads

Blue flame Gas Solutions were recommended to me by a work colleague who was very impressed by the approach and workmanship of Garry Lloyd the engineer/owner. When I phoned Garry, he was polite and offered to visit me immediately. During our discussions about the possibility of changing the present boiler, due to the fact that it was not powerful enough to supply heating and hot water to a fairly large house, he was very informative and helpful with his advice and I never once felt that he was bluffing in order to get the job. Consequently, due to his lovely attitude and patience both at my house and on the phone on several occasions, we came to an agreement to install a state of the art Viessman Vitodens 222f 35kw boiler which was quite a large job, but well worth the cost as I now have a wonderfully comfortable warm home and ample supply of hot water. As both my wife and I work in the daytime, I felt at ease leaving Garry and his colleague Leon Rowlands in the house. They were both here early every morning and worked until 6pm to get the job done as it was promising cold weather in the forthcoming days. Towards the end of the installation, while Deon cleaned up, Garry very patiently spent well over an hour going through the instructions manual with both of us. The installation is impeccable, and the whole work area was left in a tidier state than when they started. I would have no hesitation in using these two again and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have work done.

I have no reservations in awarding 5 stars to Blue Flame because every aspect of their service was faultless. From the outset Gary was leaps and bounds ahead of other boiler engineers I contacted. He listened to what I had to say, offered pragmatic advice, was open and transparent in his quotation and stuck to the arrangements he'd committed to. The quality of the workmanship is excellent too, and better than expected considering what was needed to be done. Finally, the aftercare instruction he provided was clear, concise and faultless.
Blue Flame's approach, service and customer care are a model to other tradesmen and I gladly recommend them.

I spoke to several people before going with Blue Flame for a new boiler. Garry talked a lot of sense (unlike some others); patiently answered numerous questions; was happy to say what was not worth doing (others were happy to add expensive 'extras' for minimal benefit); and offered a good price.
The actual installation was uneventfu - tidy, with good quality pipework and leaving only a little inevitable redecoration for me.
Very happy to recommend.
