Blue Guardian Futures 

My experience with Blue Guardian has been extremely disappointing.

I requested my payout on September 28th , and have been left waiting while it remains in “Processing.” I have contacted support repeatedly, dealt with different agents, followed their instructions regarding the payout interview, and was even told I would receive an answer within 24 hours. That deadline passed without a resolution.

The lack of clear communication and accountability is unacceptable. I should not have to continuously chase a company for answers regarding money I earned through my trading.

I have screenshots and records of my communications and payout status. I will update this review when Blue Guardian finally resolves my payout.

Very disappointing KYC experience.

My KTP is a genuine government-issued ID, but it is old and the printed information is difficult to read. I explained the situation to Blue Guardian and asked if they could assist with manual KYC verification.

Instead, my request was rejected, with claims about the document submission method and third-party involvement, even though I personally submitted my own identification document.

I tried to explain the situation several times, but I was only told that the decision was final and no alternative verification was provided.

I understand KYC requirements, but I expected better support for a genuine customer who was simply having difficulty verifying an old ID document.

I had an MT5 terminal issue and it was resolved via chat in under 2 minutes.

They rejected my second payout claiming “copy trading,” which is absolute nonsense.
And the worst part? They’re using trades from my FIRST payout as “evidence” to deny my SECOND payout. Two different payout periods, two different sets of trades — and they’re mixing them together just to blame me. Total scam behavior.

I traded a 10k instant account, followed the 20% rules, traded consistently for a full month, and made $585 profit legit before requesting payout. I traded XAUUSD and NASDAQ CFDs across multiple days with my own strategy.

But magically they only “found” copy trading on XAUUSD, ignored everything else, and dragged old trades from my first payout to accuse me on the second. If I was copy trading, the patterns would match across all instruments and both payout periods — but they don’t.

This prop firm is a scam, straight up.
They twist your trade history, mix payout periods, and deny payouts with fake accusations.
I do NOT recommend them at all.

So far my experience is great. I only recently started, but I feel confident. Blue Guardian is helping me to build capital and gain confidence and more experience. I hope to be with you for long term. Thank you Blue Guardian

I requested a withdrawal on [2026-09-02] on account [49**9]. Blue Guardian's stated policy is 24 business hours. That deadline has long passed and I still have not been paid.

I contacted live chat and got nothing but "please wait." I emailed 'payout', exactly as their support told me to, and received no reply at all. On top of that, my account has been blocked from trading since the moment I requested the payout, with no explanation.

I followed every rule, including avoiding news windows, because I trade with several prop firms and I am careful not to breach anyone's conditions. I did my part. They have not done theirs.

What worries me most is how many reviews here describe the exact same pattern: request a payout, miss the deadline, go silent. I trade with other firms such as TakeProfit and have never had a single issue. Payouts arrive, support answers, deadlines are respected.

Until Blue Guardian actually pays what a trader has earned and answers basic questions, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Hello,

I am writing regarding the withdrawal on account 49**9, requested on 2 September 2026, and the payout guarantee stated in your published policy.

Your policy states that payouts are processed within 24 business hours, and that if this timeframe is exceeded the trader receives an additional 10% profit share on that payout. My withdrawal was requested on 2 September and, according to your own public reply on Trustpilot dated 9 September, was approved and processed only at that point, approximately five business days (roughly 40 business hours) after the request. The stated timeframe was exceeded by a wide margin.

I am aware that the guarantee lists compliance checks and risk reviews as exceptions, and your reply referred to a "review process." I would ask you to consider the following before applying that exception here.

First, I was never informed that any review had been opened. I was not told at the time of the request, I was not told during the delay, and I was not told when it concluded. I learned that a review had allegedly taken place only from a public reply posted after I raised the matter. An exception the trader is never notified of cannot be relied upon retroactively to cancel a guarantee.

Second, my account was blocked from trading at the exact moment the withdrawal was requested, not after any finding and not following any conduct on my part. If a review is triggered automatically by every payout request, then every payout falls under the exception by definition and the 24 hour guarantee has no practical meaning at all.

Third, and separately from any review: I contacted live chat and was told only to wait, and I emailed the payout address exactly as your support instructed and received no reply whatsoever. A compliance review does not explain a complete absence of communication. That failure is independent of the delay itself.

I would therefore ask you to either:

Apply the payout guarantee and credit the additional 10% profit share on this payout; or
If you maintain that the exception applies, provide the following in writing: the date the review was opened, the date it was closed, what triggered it, and confirmation of whether risk or compliance review is automatic for all payout requests or was specific to my account.

I have complied with every trading condition, including news restrictions, and I raised this only after the stated timeframe had passed and direct contact had failed. I would appreciate a response within five business days.

2 minutes trade holding time is nightmare, not good for Scalpers

I bought account 25k$
Its a standard account with static drawdown.
I made loss of 975$
Their commision 10$
So per day loss is 985$.
But i recived email Accont daily drawdown breached.
Then i asked support they said.
THIS STATIC DRAWDOWN ONLY FOR MAXIMUM LOSS. NOT FOR DAILY LOSS.. they didnt even mention this in website.

i bought an instant account and they paid out my profits to my wallet within just 2 hours with 90% profit split

I was hold sells on XAU/USD was in profit of $900, and suddenly my trades were closed off because of maximum daily drawdown limit. Funny thing is I was actually in profit and nowhere near my drawdown limit. This was on a $25K funded 2-step standard account, acc no: 551747. I contacted support but they were taking their time in responding to me and had to wait for intervals of 15 minutes or more between responses and I kept on getting the same poorly typed response`. This prop firm is a scam, for anyone considering this prop firm, stay away. This actually hurts becuase passing an evaluation is already difficult, and to have your trades closed off with no valid proof of any breach is very sad, clear manipulation of positions from thier side. Stay away from this prop firm everyone.

Just got to know of the prop, so far so good I'm having a good trading time with them. Also kudos to their agents and customer care services, very nice people.

I’m extremely disappointed with Blue Guardian.

I genuinely had a good opinion about this company before. My mentor recommended Blue Guardian to me because of the fast payouts, and I also recommended it to many people around me. I liked the platform, the trading experience, and even the offers they provided.

But after what happened to me, my opinion has completely changed.

I had been waiting for my payout for one week. Then I received an email regarding an interview, and I replied immediately saying that I was ready. But I never received any confirmation or proper response.

My payout was then rejected without a proper reason, while it was still showing as “Processing” even after 24 hours.

Shortly after that, my account was breached for inactivity. I had around $4,000 profit in the account and was expecting a $2,000 payout. I had made those profits from trades I was very confident about, and I was genuinely expecting to receive my payout.

Instead, I lost the account and could not withdraw even a small part of the profit I had worked so hard for.

This has been a huge financial and emotional setback for me. I had made financial plans depending on that payout, and honestly, this whole situation has affected me mentally as well.

I have already spoken to my mentor, and he is also very disappointed. He has stopped recommending Blue Guardian to students for now.

I’m not asking for anything extra. I simply expect Blue Guardian to release my payout as soon as possible and resolve this fairly.

If my payout is released and this issue is properly resolved, I will change my rating. Until then, I have to be honest about my experience.

I really trusted Blue Guardian, which is why this situation has been so disappointing for me.

Today I broke one of the rule accidentally but when I told blue guardian support that I broke by accident the enabled again my account with no penalty but just warning thank you blue guardian support
