Support helped me quickly resolve my mod security issue however to get to speak to him was such a mission it's almost as if bluehost and host gator makes it difficult to chat to an agent by design
The lady in Iowa was exceptionally patient and helpful.
Bluehost was great while I needed my website, offering reliable service and pricing. They were also great when I had to close down my account due to lack of use/career realignment. If I ever need a web host again, I will return to Bluehost.
I purchased their hosting service back in December, it’s the end of April I still don’t have a website built and am constantly getting passed around customer service. My original assigned engineer can’t be located. All I want is a refund for the service they never provided and they keep passing me around and not giving me a answer or solution… I would never recommend this scam to anyone!

Amazing experience with Bluehost support today 'Hari' was incredibly helpful, solved an issue I've had for about a week by trying several different options his end and finally nailed it... I have had two other support chats prior but there was still an issue for me with a redirect. One by one he solved the puzzle and fixed my issue.... Thanks Hari, I appreciate your time today ... 5 Stars !!!

Having been with a number of hosting companies over the last 20 years I can safely say BlueHost has the worst support setup ever. I rarely ever use supprt, but when I need it, I really need it. The chat system never has anyone that can help and with the phone support system you may get one person out of five that can help.

Service Representative , Daisy, was very helpful. She was very patient with someone who has limited computer skills. Her explanations was very professional and spoke clearly to walk me through the process of registering a domain name. Wait time was only a few minutes.

been a client for over 13 years, they said I have 30 days to get a refund for hosting only to find out there is no refund. thanks, moving my services. This is not the first time I got wrong info from their support. I wouldn't be this mad otherwise. Relationships mean nothing to corperations anymore. we're just a number. no reason to be loyal to any corperation.
