I placed an order at the end of December and never received it. I contacted blueland telling them about it and was asked to confirm the shipping address which I did. I have contacting them several times (they don’t have a phone number) asking about it. All I get is an email saying they will get back in 3-5 business days. One I received asked for patience as they try to sort it out. I am so frustrated that I started a dispute with my credit card company to take it off my account. 3 months is ridiculous. I don’t want the products, just a refund.

I got dishwasher tabs last year and was so impressed with them that I bought a year's worth in bulk. I love that there's an option that reduces packaging and shipping as well as being plastic-free.

Last year, I also got foaming hand soap - initially I had some trouble with it as the pump was faulty but Blueland replaced it as soon as I mentioned it. Later in the winter, I was having trouble again. This time it was due to my rather cold kitchen upsetting the soap and causing it to separate. I was give excellent instructions to clear a stuck pump and got lovely, velvety bubbles!!! And now I know how to solve any problems by myself.

The laundry tablets are pretty great, too.

The only thing that could be a "problem" is that they clearly don't have enough staff to deal with the rapid growth of the company and the many (I guess) questions that come their way. It does take rather a long time to get an answer. Now that I've learned that, I know to be patient.

It's hard to write a review on products you haven't been able to try. However, it is easy to write a review on the terrible customer service, and since that is my only experience thus far, that will have to do.
I ordered a whole bunch of stuff almost two weeks ago, and got a shipping confirmation email estimating delivery the following Friday. Well that day came and went and nothing. I checked the tracking number on UPS and it says that they still haven't received the parcel to ship it, all while the blueland website says my order has been fulfilled. Now I am generally a reasonable person, stuff happens, shipping delays etc., but when trying to resolve the issue you have very little recourse. I have used their contact page, which doesn't allow for any writeup unless you pick the "other" button, otherwise it's just a click a button as to the problem and that's it. So none of the options are all that specific, just general blanket subjects. With that being said I have tried almost all of the options to elicit some sort of response, multiple times on multiple days. And as of right now I have yet to receive any correspondence at all. It's been days...

UPDATE: I finally received a notice this last Wednesday. They apologized, offered vague assurances, reordered my original order, and sent me a shipping confirmation. However, just like last time, I have tracking info for a package that has still not made it to UPS to ship. So I suppose I'll wait one more week and then ask for a refund. What a waste of time. I'll look elsewhere for similar products and recommend not going through the trouble with this shoddy company to anyone who asks.

One of the worse experiences, i bought it friday, its thirsday amd they haven't even shipped the products. Hot an email full pf excuses and expedited shipping bla bla and still nothing. Avoid it just buy from trulyfreehome they ship roght away.

This is regarding fragrance free laundry tablets. I have a front loading HE washer. I have tried to use these tablets several times, throwing them into the back of the drum as per instructions, but at the completion of the wash cycle, I generally find most of the undissolved tablet on the rubber ring. I am using warm softened water. Disappointing as I liked the concept, but not sure if it's even cleaning the clothes. Guess I will be switching back to laundry sheets.

I like their products, however, I recently made a purchase of 3 items and only received 2 of them. I didn't receive any notification that one of the items I ordered would be missing, and I have not received replies to messages I've left with them about this. Yes, I was charged for all 3 items. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

I placed an order with Blueland three weeks ago (Order #BL3791021) and still have no tracking information, no accurate updates, and no confirmation that my order has even shipped.

Their standard processing time is supposedly 2-3 business days, but here I am, 21 days later, still waiting. I have sent five emails—all met with generic responses and empty reassurances.

Their customer support claims this is "not typical," yet my experience says otherwise. If delays happen, at the very least, a company should proactively update customers, provide honest timelines, and offer real solutions. Instead, Blueland’s responses have been delayed, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

To make matters worse, the only compensation offered was a measly 10% off my next order—as if I would ever trust them with another purchase! I just want my current order shipped, or at the very least, an honest response.

At this point, my next recourse is to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Buyers beware—Blueland's service is unreliable at best and outright deceptive at worst.

Bought initially because Blueland does not use alcohol ethoxylates. The product in fact doesn't contain them, and still does a good job of getting the dishes clean. I like the metal containers that are nice enough looking to put on the counter which makes it easy to store and use the tablets. Only problem was some breakage of the product in shipping as they are pressed without coatings. Still work fine when broken of course.

I bought the dishwasher tablets last month Honestly the clean better than the name brand pods I had been using. I recently placed an order to try out their laundry products and hand soap. I am hoping for great results also.

We've been using multiple products from Blueland for well over a year now and I'm satisfied with making the switch! I most commonly use the dishwasher tablets, the laundry tablets, and the laundry booster powder.
I will say I have not noticed a night and day difference from my previous grocery store products, but I also haven't noticed any worse. For me, that's a win! We all know that "better for us" doesn't usually mean better performance when it comes to these types of products. I am happy to know that I am not compromising on performance while supporting a company who utilizes better and healthier alternatives for us and the environment.
With Blueland I know I'm getting less toxic materials, reducing the introduction of plastics into my life and washing equipment, and am able to conveniently have these products shipped right to my door. Not to mention the products don't break the bank!
I do usually use double of the recommended tablets in the washing machine and dishwasher and I feel the pricing is still justified.

I would highly recommend trying these products! I really think you'll be happy with the results!

I originally tried the product and did not prefer so returned and canceled. All went smoothly. 3 months later I received products again from some subscription that I never signed up for. No way to return- no one answers phone text email! How do I get out of this nightmare?!

I absolutely love Blueland's hand soap refills. I've been using them for years and they're one of the only scented hand soaps that doesn't give me rashes on my hands and I especially appreciate that it's a sustainably plastic-free option.

This company has virtually no customer service. I was charged for a subscription I did not place. I emailed them immediately to cancel and refund me. Radio silence. I emailed several more times to cancel the order and refund me. I tried calling and leaving messages. I tried texting. It has been WEEKS and I have received no response at all. And I was still charged. I reported them to the BBB and not surprised they have an "F" rating. I wish they would respond, I believe in their mission but their customer service is terrible.

As a first time buyer I placed an order on 17th Feb with Blueland by subscribing to their starter kits and few more products worth $100. Till date (03/02) I have not received my order. I emailed them on 2/25 about my disappointment with their service but still no response except a standard email response with usual comments. I emailed them again on 3/1. No response. There is no clarity or information when they would ship my order. It’s usual for companies to have challenges but this type of service has no place in today’s market. I requested for a refund if they can’t fulfill the order. No response either.

Outstanding company values and amazing products. If you want to support CPG that does not package with all the plastic waste, these guys are the real deal!

I love and use ALL of the products and have for a few years now (maybe since they started). I feel great that not only am I doing my part for the environment, but I'm not breaking my budget in the process. I was thrilled when they added a laundry tab to the line of products. All of the scents are utterly delightful. The hand soaps are so velvety, and I even found they work great as a face soap. I'm an extremely loyal customer. I would've given 5 stars were it not for a couple things: 1) the soaps don't like when the temps get below 60 (which they do in my part of SW Wisconsin!) as they kind of separate, and 2) I've had a couple issues with the dispensers either breaking or clogging within about a year (which is excess plastic I'm not thrilled about). However, I have to say that the company is really on it, has amazing customer service, and they are very responsive to feedback. They will have probably fixed both of these issues by the time you read this review! They even partnered with Nikole Nelson (aka the Black Forager). They understand what we want and why we want it. Great company to support.

I highly encourage to switch over to Blueland laundry detergent tablets and their Oxy Laundry Booster. My clothes are much cleaner, smells better, and doesn't have the yucky residue from using the laundry pods with plastic. I also love that I am saving way much more money and time from going to the grocery store because it ships right to your door. I know I just sounded like an add but I am happy I made the switch.

I ordered from Blueland for the first time because I love the concept of less plastic waste. I ordered the laundry pods starter kit and the dishwasher pods starter kit and an additional refill bag of each. But I received 4 bags of laundry pods and no dishwasher pods. I reached out to the company on 3 separate occasions and have yet to receive a response. The laundry pods make my clothes clean and smell amazing but their customer service is terrible. I am really disappointed.

Besides the non use of plastic the products that I have used,laundry detergent and dishwasher soap are incredible.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Blueland. Their products are great and they’re constantly modifying and improving things. I love how easy Blueland makes the move away from single-use plastics, especially in the most difficult areas: the bathroom/laundry. I’ve recommended Blueland to lots of friends and family - it’s worth every penny!
