I really love all the products I have ordered from Blueland. I don’t remember there being scented laundry tablets when I made my first order and just ordered a big bag of spring scent refills by mistake. The scent is way too strong and I can’t use it. I just wasted a lot of money. Be careful which scent you order. I wish I could return it but I already opened the package before I realized it.

They auto renewed me without an email confirmation (and usually they always send one a few days in advance ) this is a scam do not ever get on auto ship - I immediately emailed them to cancel the order and NO RESPONSE conveniently for an entire week. Bad chemical smells in their product for being “clean” way better clean companies with good service. Super disappointed.

I am using the products and have had a good experience. I purchased the laundry tabs, toilet tabs and dishwasher tabs. The products took 2 weeks to be delivered.

Customer service is non existent. My order was delayed and took an extra week. No response from customer service regarding this. I had to buy dishwasher and hand soap elsewhere because it ran out. I thought ordering a week ahead of time would be enough. Also, their foaming hand soap pumps are terrible. They last through one fill. Then when you refill the soap they no longer work. Make it make sense! I can use a Bath and Body works plastic pump over and over again, so I’m not sure why these are such a problem? Also, I contacted customer service about this as well and haven’t heard anything..

The customer service is the worst. I moved and needed to cancel an autoship. No easy way on the website--they deliberately make it very difficult-- but I emailed and texted several times. Auto response that they're busy and it might take 3 - 5 days to get back to me. Then, no response at all except that they shipped the order anyway to my old address and charged me.

I bought the dishwasher and laundry starter kits.
The laundry container was damaged and I reached out to them. They sent an email asking for more information, but then ignored the email reply. A follow up email was also ignored. No phone number on their website. It is like doing business with a brick wall.

While I liked the dishwasher tabs, I will not do business with them again because of the customer (dis)service department. Have cancelled my auto-ship orders.

One little dishwasher tablet is so powerful! They are convenient and clean dishes better than anything else that I’ve tried and with no waste or plastic!

I got tired of the super thick single use plastic container the dishwasher pods from Costco come in, just so much unnecessary single use plastic. Got an ad for blueland and gave it a try. I was alternating between blueland and cascade (trying to use up the remaining pods I had) and came to find blueland cleans dishes better. I’m firmly converted. Just ordered the laundry pods to see how those do.

I love everything about this company EXCEPT for the fact that the only plastic involved - the hand soap pumps - does not last and has to be replaced often! I have had to get new plastic hand soap pumps THREE times in the past 2 years. And since it's a metal spring/plastic combo, there's no way to recycle it. Please figure out a better product for the soap pump so that we don't have to keep going through unrecyclable plastic!!

The Blueland ethos is great...but their customer service is so awful that I question if they really make "clean" products. I mean they are basically stealing from me right now. I had to call my credit card to deny charges b/c they NEVER respond to customer service inquiries. I saw the CEO on GMA recently and I want to laugh...what a pile of crap! Oh and mysteriously I was being sent products from them from Amazon! I never use Amazon to buy their stuff!! Thankfully Amazon has decent customer service and deleted the delivery!

Blueland products are good. Their customer service is abysmal. I placed my first order after receiving products as a gift and Blueland charged me for the whole order, shipping list indicates order should be complete, however only half of the product was sent and delivered.

I have been attempting to contact the company for 3 business days with absolutely no response. There is no phone number and no chat. The only option is to email or text and pray for a response. Thus far, I have had no response. I am giving them 24 more hours before I dispute the charge and never ordering from them again. I am beyond disappointed. In this day and age, it should not be this difficult to receive a response. Buyer beware. Product is good. Customer service is poor.

I am enjoying each of the Blueland products. Dishwasher disks do a great job, love the dish soap powder, I use the toilet bowl disks more often than my old cleaner but I like them, all purpose cleaner and bathroom cleaner do a great job, hand soap works well and the one product I like the most is the window cleaner.

For the price you’d think that the service would be better. Shipping was delayed for a very long time and there was no explanation nor any effort made to rectify the extreme delay.

I love the blueland products. I use the hand soaps, the dish soap powder, and the toilet tabs. I switched because I want to do everything I can to remove plastic waste from the planet because such a small percentage actually gets recycled. I’ve been using the hand soaps for years and find it’s the best plastic free and environmental option out there. The pumps do lose their power after a year or so, but I would rather replace that semi-regularly than switch to a plastic bottle with a product inside that does damage to the planet forever. The powder dish soap is fantastic - it cleans really well, cuts through grease, and what goes down the drain won’t pollute the water - most of what you get in the grocery store can’t be removed from waste water. Finally, the toilet tabs clean very well and my husband’s butt is DISGUSTING. The absolute squalor these tabs have seen as a result of this man’s caloric intake is remarkable. Somehow these lemon scented circles cut through the squirts and can break down in-water poo smears. It’s a seriously tough little tab. Try it out for your man’s butt expulsions today!

Exactly as expected. Amazing the foaming soap can come from such a small pellet. The Blueland soap bottle is very high quality and works well.

Thisbis just a review of the handsoap. Their dush and laundry soap tablets are EXCELLENT. Complete opposite for the hand soap. It does not foam well, therefore the foam comes out as water. Soap is drying to the hands. The partial trick is using two tablets. Which now is not economical. The glass containers ate very nice…hopefully they will work with another brand until Blueland changes the recipe.

I found the Blueland products on the big online vendor. I decided to see if I could buy directly from their website. It was completely successful. The shipping time was reasonable. I need to order soon enough before I ran out., Other products made my skin burn - even the ones that were supposed to be ok. Blueland has NEVER caused irritation. And NO plastic. I often use 2 tablets. Light loads do well with 1. Convenience is certainly nice, but the eco features are what convinced me to try Blueland products. They prove that good is possible.

I've been using blueland dishwasher tablets for nearly a year now. They do a fantastic job on my dishes. We are going plastic free and blueland has made that so much easier plus it's a dependable, quality product. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the dishwasher tablets! So much better than the plastic pods I was using. Also love the laundry soap and brighter. Both are doing a great job of cleaning our clothes and love the smell.

I was really looking forward to using these products… Especially after my sister and best friend recommended them.
I placed an order and made it a subscription.

I didn't receive my complete order.
I didn't receive the correct items for my order.

I reached out to customer service and didn't hear anything
I reached back out to customer service and tried to do a chat, and finally heard from someone
That someone from blueland assured me they would make the order right.

I thanked them for their time and told them I looked forward to receiving the correct products and using them.
And then nothing…

No additional email.
No response to my email
Nothing.

I canceled my subscription.
I'm not even going to use the wrong products they sent me.

I don't remember the last time I was treated with such disregard by a customer service team.
