Money taken order not delivered e-mails ignored. This is a massive scam.

Cannot get an answer to emails and the tracking number does not exist?
Do not buy from this company you will regret it.

Order number 156444 was never received although according to tracking it had been delivered.
Messages are completely ignored but my payment has been taken.
The delivery originated in China although I assumed it was British because of the name- Blue Sunset UK.

Goods never received and no one ever answers my emails. Must be a scam, Do not use this company.Xxx

Been trying to email this company and it tells me to enter a valid email, I have paid for a sweatshirt on 28th April and wanted to know how long untill delivery, this is not acceptable.

My daughter ordered me a Mother’s Day card at the beginning of March which didn’t arrive. Have emailed the company through the contact form a couple of times aswell as emailing the customer service email address and it’s totally ignored. They have the cheek to send emails asking us to rate our experience!!!

I emailed you on the 15th April about sending me the return address to return the item I bought from you, since then you have not responded.

I think I have been reasonable and trying hard to resolve the issue but you seems reluctant to do so.

If I do not get any response from you by the end of week I am afraid I will have to take it further.

I am waiting to hearing from you.

Since then you didn't bother to get back to you .But you put on your website site that you do refund but I believe that just a scam

I ordered a swimming costume from this company. I ordered it at the end of January. I still hadn't received it by the end of February. I had tracking that said it had been delivered but didn't have it then when I checked the tracking didn't work. I messaged them and suddenly I get an email saying it had been dispatched. I wish I had read all the reviews on here before purchasing. I have to admit though once I got the costume it was what I was expecting and fit me perfectly so was happy but will not get from them again.

Avoid this company like the plague. I wish, like others, that i had read these reviews. Purchased a dust buster and it's literately a piece of plastic and doesn't suck a piece of hair, let alone what is advertised as. These companies look professional and obviously employ people to big up their product. I cant believe i got scammed .... Dont let this happen to you!

AVOID this bunch of thieves. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Ordered a super powerful hand held vacuum cleaner and received a vacuum that won't even pick up part leaves from the floor of my car. Emailed 3 times, 2 have been returned, I think they've blocked me. Absolutely disgusting company.

My order, car vac, didn't work. I complained and they said I had to send it back to China at my cost or I could get a 30% refund and keep it. Absolute scamming scumbags.

Its a scam site from China. Goods arrive aren't as described. Customer contact e-mail address returned as a false address.

Absolute scam from china AVOID nothing comes and then they tried 3 times to empty my bank

Avoid this company, placed an order expecting it to arrive fairly quickly as it's UK, totally wrong so sent an email to cancel as there website says if hadn't been dispatched. Didn't get a reply so opened a PayPal case, they then posted it, arrived totally different to what I ordered, so once again I went to there Web site and filled a return form in, I had to change the case to item not as described, but have a refund, total waste of space that seems to go by different names, avoid

Absolute theives, avoid like the plague

They don’t respond they have not sent the card and it’s nearly been a month. I have asked for my money back but again no response.
Not happy and may go to a tribunal to get this resolved.

Very poor service and communication from this company. I ordered and paid for an item, the multi-port 4 in 1 universal SD card reader @ £14.99 + £4.99 P&P on 12th February and STILL have NOT received the item. Been e-mailing the support team, Charles says they have been overwhelmed with orders hence the delay. I think I have been cheated here!

Ordered a Mother’s Day card on the 25th feb paid £4.99 for postage,still hasn’t turned up (today is Mother’s Day March 10th) messaged them through PayPal sent me a false tracking number that doesn’t work and told to wait another week,opened a dispute through PayPal

Must be a scam company! Order not received. Tracking number didn’t work. I chased twice and received nothing, so I disputed the payment and the bank refunded the money same day. I suggest you do the same if they scammed you too.

They sent me what I can only describe as a joke sized pot, small enough to be in a dolls house, illegible writing and a teeny tiny brush, typical online scam. Such a pity. They spent all that money on their online adverts to catch out people like me... but not you! Don't buy!
