Great customer service and support. Brilliant product.

Very satisfied with this power station. Used it for my journey to Norway which lasts 24 days. Drove 6,000 miles/11,000 (from London to the very North of Norway and back); needed all my devices (a camera, a drone and a GoPro) to be always charged, and my laptop to be used when I want it. And I always have them ready for me. This station is small, doesn't take space in a car, and, the same time, it's very reliable and convenient. Highly recommended.

Firstly we are delighted with our V2 200 power bank. Really fast delivery, works great does everything it says it does. Only had it a short time but have tried loads of our electrical items on it. Ninja Woodfire, Ninja Airfryer, Dyson Airwrap, toaster, kettle and it’s really accurate with how long it says you could run things for. I would recommend this to anyone. The icing on the cake for me however is the customer service. We purchased this in early November and it was listed as a Black Friday deal, but, on the 28th of November it actually was reduced again to £100 less than we paid for it. I contacted customer service and had to wait a few days for them to get back to me but it did state this can be the case during busy periods. When I got my reply I was stunned as they arranged to credit me back £100 so they matched the lowest price. I was blown away there was no quibbling just a note to thank me for contacting them and informing me my payment method would be credited. 3 days later it was. Just AMAZING

I purchased two Bluetti units a 200 V2 and a 100 V2. These are both to be used as a UPS for some pumps I have in my house. After extensive research I chose Bluetti, due to output and storage and finally price. I am very pleased with the units and thus far they seem to do exactly what I want.

This compact and lightweight power station has all the features you need with a large battery and high output. It is also one of the only ones in its price range to guarantee 4000 charging cycles. The app is also easy to use with a very simple yet clear interface. All this and it offers exceptional value for money.

Website very easy to navigate with good info about product ranges and options. Checkout page straight forward and effective.

Competitive prices for good features

I purchased an Elite 100 on pre order. There was good communication throughout and delivery was on the date promised. The unit is impressive and the app control very handy. It’s already been camping and on a few road trips. Look forward to many more adventures.

Ordered the Elite 200v2 on Sunday and it arrived today 18/11/25Tuesday, great delivery time. it was well packaged with double cardboard boxes and thick foam. disappointed that as it is a power unit for camping etc it doesn't come with a lead to charge from a cigarette/12v socket as this would be a standard way of charging whilst travelling. I will review again once I have put it through its paces

Very impressed with performance of our AC200l and charger1. We added 540w solar panel on roof of our RV many nights across France/spain without mains hook up prioritising our stopovers. Would recommend. Unit is quite heavy but keep your back straight and bend knees.

Ordered a Bluetti Elite 100 V2 a few days ago, and received it promptly and in great condition.
I haven't had too long to test it, but I ran my large American fridge for over 9.5hrs yesterday and it still had over 10% of AC power available. Pretty impressive for such a small unit.
Bluetti had reduced the price after I ordered it, so I contacted the customer support team, as there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.
They got back to be within a day and agreed to refunded me the difference in price.
So, not only do I have a fantastic little unit, but it was purchased at an even better price.
