Was an excellent service fast and seamless looking forward to using it when im out and about

I bought the new Charger 2 for my van and absolutely love it. It was so easy to install, the hardest part was routing the battery cables. Although I have a third party power station it works flawlessly. It will make all the difference to my van getter ways with my wife and dogs.

This product is a must have it is great if you work away from home and need power it will charge from a standard 12v socket in the car I use mine all the time in my lorry. When it starts to run down on charge plug it in drive around all day and hey presto back to full charge practically this is a wonderful product for tv microwave and kettle will also charge mobile phone from charger built into the top of the machine. I would not be without mine

I bought the bluetti 600 watt to run an air fryer though while I was on the road I am a lorry driver and enjoy having nice meals I have currently bought from bluetti again buying an 1800 watt station as I require more power

Have purchase to date the AC180 generator and the Charge 1 DC charger, both products are brilliant. The Charge 1 means I can recharge the generator via the campervan 12v circuit while using the generator for whatever is needed, du to the pass through charging capabilities of the Charge 1. I am looking to buy the Elite 100 generator, just waiting confirmation from Customer Services on overall price.

Bought the elite 300 for our campervan as an additional source when we are offgrid as it does not have an inverter fitted. We run air fryers, hairdryers, induction hob and charge all our portables and it is brilliant. its small, light and very easy to pack and recharges well when we are moving using the 12v car charger. Really IMPRESSED

Bluetti is the best out there as far as I'm concerned all day

Poor customer service, can take 24hrs to get a response. I have an issue binding my HUB D1 to the app and I have heard from others that Bluetti have been known to not add the S/N to the data base. I'm not getting anywhere with them at the moment so may look to return and give Jackery a try instead.
UPDATE After a week or so of emails they finally agreed to take the HUB D1 back and replace it. They recieved it on Monday morning and I emailed Thursday morning to ask what was happening and any idea when I could expect a new one, its now Friday evening and not had any response. I do fear that they have a lot of issues and faults to deal with which is why it takes so long to get any response from them. Fingers crossed I can get this sorted soon. I will keep up dated here.
UPDATE I had to call them in the end as heard nothing, the guy said he would escalate the matter. I then had an email saying they hadn't even logged it back in as return yet ( over a week later) it said they would process over next couple of days and then would take another 5 to 7 business days to get a replacement sent out. Absolute joke. All in all for what should be a simple return a faulty item and get a replacement will have taken the beat part of a month. Not impressed at all.

I read all good reviews of the product and company, that's why I bought from them.

Can't comment on its use ability yet as it hasn't been fitted but eveything eyes has been spot on
