Very poor after sales

Very poor after sales. Bought a Bluetti 18 months ago, the power supply broke. Went to customer services and got fobbed off, looking for an alternative power supply. I wouldn't recommend Bluetti, poor after sales. My power station is now useless.

Elite 100v2

I have the mentioned device and use it in my work vehicle, it's a brilliant peice of kit and I havent found anything so far that it can't run.

These guys and girls simply re wrote…

These guys and girls simply re wrote the book on customer service. Easy to contact, quick replies, matters resolved quickly and always exceeding my expectations.
Their products are exceptional too with easy ordering and quick delivery. I’m so glad I chose Bluetti over other brands.

Bluetti is a joke

Bluetti is a joke
Purchased a charger 1 and fitted it to my transit and it didn't work spoke 3 times to bluetti who then said it doesn't work with smart alternator fitted in them but there new charger 2 works if I give them my charger and £100 they would send me one which i did
Im now 3 more emails down and 14 days later I'm still waiting for them to dispatch the charger two never known a company with shocking service like this

5star service again have order from…

5star service again have order from these guys 3 times now and this time therr was a issue with the website as soon as I emailed the customer service they were dealing with it and wow they sorted it with 3 days cant reccomend these guys enough thankyou guys cant wait to try my new purchase

Requests and emails ignored

I pre-ordered Charger 1 and they took my money but it seems to have completely fallen on deaf ears. I found it elsewhere for the same price and gave up waiting to Bluetti. I emailed and asked to cancel but aren't responding to any of my emails.

EDIT: They finally replied and got me a refund.

I purchased a power bank for a camper…

I purchased a power bank for a camper van conversion. It made the whole process of wiring the camper so much easier than anything the books had to offer. Instead of having to wire multiple boxes I only had to wire up to the power bank, so much easier.
