SCAM!

SCAM!

I ordered three dresses and one was refunded. I order a dress in a size 14, however it was sent to me in a size 12. The tag said it was a 14, but the label said it was a 12. And the 2 was changed to a 4 with blue ink pen...

So now they're sending wrong items to customers instead of cancelling orders. They're that desperate to make money. This is scamming.

I sent an email to Blue Vanilla yesterday morning and still haven't received a response. Have some shame and reply back to me. I will take action against you if I have to.

I will not be paying for postage to return the wrong item which was sent to me deliberately. If you didn't have a size 14 then you should have cancelled that item.

Give me my money back you fraudsters.

Love the clothes but contact with…

Love the clothes but contact with customer service - no reply after 2 emails sent to resolved a return.
Such a shame as bought a lot of clothes but due to this will think again about ordering in the future.

2 emails were sent. But refund issued. And can confirm sent to address you said and per your contact info.

Ordered a dress from this company for…

Ordered a dress from this company for the first time, unfortunately it didn’t fit well at all, returned it and after they have received my return over three weeks ago still haven’t received my refund I’ve emailed twice and had no reply bad customer service!!!!! I will definitely not be ordering from this company again,

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer swrvice. Paid for next day delivery which was delayed, promised refund of postage cost. Didnt happen. Almost 3 weeks now. Paypal case opened. Wont be shopping here again.

Placed an order with them a week ago got an order number money has been taken but no confirmation email and nothing since, emailed them twice and no response. So will now have to get onto my credit card company to get a refund. Awful company

Blue Vanilla Dressed

Have bought many dresses from Blue Vanilla and they are all lovely, great quality and very reasonably priced.
I did order one dress which was unfortunately ripped at the seam. I sent it straight back and contacted the Blue Vanilla care team. There customer service was brilliant. They came back to me really quickly. They sent me a new dress free of charge and a discount code for any further purchases. I am so happy with their customer service as so many companies have such poor customer service these days. This is why I'm confident in ordering from Blue Vanilla and will be for many years to come.

Not only do I love the clothes but also…

Not only do I love the clothes but also no fault of their own theee were issues with the courier company and they went above and beyond to help sort it out and were very professional and helpful.
Def woukd recommend them and their clothing

Bad customer service

Have ordered from blue vanilla but unfortunately they use EVRI and my order has still not arrived, I’ve asked for a refund on several occasions but still not heard a word back from them, certainly will not be ordering from this company again, shocking customer service.

Now my favourite fashion brand

Now my favourite fashion brand. I’ve ordered three times in the last two weeks, multiple items each time. Wow, the clothes fit so well, high quality, lovely fabric, beautiful style. It’s hard to find clothes that are modest and so beautiful. Prices are reasonable, delivery and returns policy means I will keep ordering again and again, can’t get enough. Thank you and I wish the brand every success!

Outstanding Customer Service

1st contacted Blue Vanilla, as an enquiry, as I purchased items through a 3rd party, who have now gone into liquidation, without giving customers any information and help on outstanding refunds.
They came back to me, immediately, saying they were very sorry for my experience. And offered me a no quibble credit note for the amount outstanding, to spend directly with them.
Unbelievably generous of them, because they had no connection at all with this transaction!
I cannot recommend this company enough! Truly outstanding customer service.

Returned a dress confirmed return with royal mail.. no message from them. They wanted proof of delivery give it to them now they are ignoring my emails.. terrible customer service. AVOID THEM.

Awful customer service visit…

Response to my recent email and visit to shop . The item I bought for my holiday was faulty and extremely bad quality only realised once I unpacked on holiday and went to wear . Tried to return with the receipt once home but they would not accept it as I had taken the tags off . ( well you would wouldn’t you ) weeks of no response then a short reply stating as policy once tags removed will not accept it . I’m sure this goes against trading standards as is a faulty item but the staff in shop were no help and point blank refused to help or refund or exchange. Terrible company will never set foot in that shop again.

I was at the Meadowhall branch and it was just appalling. Terrible customer service and was speaking amongst themselves. There was no professionalism at the till and the dressing room. Will not be shopping here again

Poor service

Poor service, i placed an order for 3 dress i was entitled to free delivery, i used my student discount, one dress was refunded without any reason and other 2 was sent, i sent an email as the item they refunded was still on there website, they responded to re order, i emailed them back about free delivery which i got on my original orser and student discount, they emailed me with a free delivery code, i re ordered and sent them an email as the item price is still higher than my original order, and if they can refund the difference, no response, i emailed them again today, as the 2nd order hasn't been shipped but label has been created, also the dress has now been reduced further, please can you respond to my email i sent 6 days ago.

Bad experience

I have had nothing but trouble from them. I placed my order through fruugo but Blue vanilla's computer system did not record the order so when my order didnt arrive I had to sort that out. The dress I ordered wasnt what I wanted when it did arrive after a long delay so I returned it. I finally got a message from fruugo saying Blue vanilla had refunded me but they havent. I have sent a number of messages to them over the last few days but I have had no reply.
