I have been struggling to find clothing…

I have been struggling to find clothing that looks good and is classy and fits nice. I normally shop at Next, but lately it has not been good. I had a last minute rush to the Metro centre to find something for our wedding anniversary and came across Blue Vanilla, I came away with two dresses, the fit perfect, the quality excellent. The girl who served us was so lovely and really made the shopping experience second to none. I won't be using next anymore. This will be my go to, from now on.

I placed an order on Wednesday and paid…

I placed an order on Wednesday and paid express delivery for 24hrs as I had a 60th party to attend on the Saturday, I had received 1 notification to say it had been dispatched, I have sent 3 emails to find out where my parcel is , they have taken my money and it is now Monday and I still have parcel and no response to any of my emails, I can’t even phone as there is no contact number, the service is shocking, all I want is a response to where my item is. Won’t be buying or recommending absolutely shocking!!!

Avoid!

I bought a dress from blue vanilla as part of a big order on the oasis app, not realising that all the items were from different shops.
I returned most of the order, only to find I’m being charged for each return separately.
One month on and ALL other shops have refunded me 2 weeks ago - but BLUE VANILLA haven’t refunded me?!
I think this says a lot as I retuned to many different shops.
One month waiting & no correspondence re. Return, no money back & to be charged for this service?!
Won’t ever buy from this shop again - knowing return won’t be processed

Nice clothes, bad return experience

I really like Blue Vanilla but charging for returns is absolutely not fair and the waiting time for refund is too long as well.

Always been a loyal customer to blue vanilla not anymore. Find it utterly disgusting you have not advertised that you charge for returns as of the start of this month. Do u not think customers should of been advised of this. Entire order returned and u have lost a customer!

Poor experience

Can not use vanilla blue vouchers in their own stores
Can not take items back bought online to their stores
Utterly ridiculous sizing that is not clear and given you have to use the vouchers online you can not try the clothes on
Time consuming and fiddly returns
Will never use this shop again

Scammers!!!!

Do not order. My item never arrived. I paid extra for fast delivery too. They don’t reply for messages at all, provided email that was dispatched but no tracking number!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

The one star was given because I had to give something to review! Ordered a jacket and also paid extra for express delivery, nearly £100 of my 13 year old daughters Christmas money was STOLEN from this sham company, the parcel never arrived! after getting email confirmation from courier company to say it had been lost they told me to contact blue vanilla directly.... 8 emails later, 2 private messages on their Facebook page and not one reply, no number to call either, and no doubt no reply to this review, awful, will warn everyone on all platforms about this disgusting company!

Cheap version of blue vanilla

Ordered a blue vanilla dress - was a cheap version as not even there own label , returned the item , Debenhams had the same experience . Advertised as a brand and you get a cheap version of it .

Value for money and fast

I was a bit skeptical after some of the reviews but decided to try anyway. I ordered the item yesterday afternoon and it's arrived less than 24 hours later. It's a good fit, the material is good and not as bad as I expected for how cheap it was! A good find :)
