Incredibly bad service, during delivery and afterwards from customer service. After a month, still no flowers are delivered and the customer service will not be of any help. Big failures from both the delivery service and false information we have received from Blumershop.de about the delivery status.
Also, we have not received any call from either the delivery guy or the customer service which could have solved it within a minute. Not even a complaint was filed against the delivery service who just don't deliver or call if they are unable to find an address.
I am sorry for the employees that are apparently not allowed or fit to think for themselves. Just another typical case of "computer says no"-employees. As flexible as a brick wall and really inconsiderate.
Horrible experience overall. I wanted to send flowers to my friend, who lives in Düsseldorf. The Flowers was not delivered and was sent to the post office. I was asked to go to collect the flowers from the post office. I live in Qatar and obviously I can’t go and collect the flowers. I was not offered any solution by customer service as well. Do not ever use this company
I ordered some flowers for the birthday of my son to be delivered on May 8th. The flowers were delivered with 4 days delay on May 11th. If you cannot deliver plain flowers on a due date (that the purpose of the flower delivery), then you should consider another type of business. I received no explanations, no excuses and no compensation. Therefore I do not recommend Blumenshop. I am very disappointed. Regards. Dr Marchal.
I ordered flowers online from another country for my sister that just got out from the hospital after having twins, they took the money and never delivered the flowers. When I wrote to their Customer Support they just told me she has to pick up the flowers personally from the nearest post office and that’s it. Very bad service since the delivery obviously does not exist even though they charge for it.
Ordered flowers for delivery on Friday in Germany. As other reviews note, they use DHL. The DHL service did not attempt to deliver the flowers; they took them directly to a service point. By the time I got the email detailing the pickup location, on Saturday morning, the service point was closed until Monday. The recipient picked up the mostly dead flowers on Monday morning. Blumenshop customer service said it is not their responsibility to choose a courier who will deliver the flowers in decent condition.
Roses delivered on time and were absolutely stunning. Constantly informed about delivery.
I ordered and the flowers came in very very bad condition. The vase was broken as well.
What they do is, probably, the delivery guy broke the vase, he doesn't deliver it to your apartment because he'd be found guilty. He leaves you the card that he tried to deliver but couldn't. So you have to go and pick it up.
When I got home, I saw the vase was broken, now customer service says it's not their responsibility because they didn't deliver.
Planned scamming. Never again. Never order from this place, better not give the gift.

The flowers that you see on the flower website look nothing like the flowers I ordered for my fiancee.My fiancee was very disappointed in her Valentines Day flowers which looked very old and not fresh and ready for the trash.I felt very bad because I wanted to do something nice for my fiancee and they looked wonderful on the website but they looked nothing like the flowers on the website.So I will never ever order anything else from this flower shop because when I emailed them they said it was normal that fresh flowers have leaves falling off and anything looking dry just to remove it and it was not a big deal.Well they were wrong because my fiancee was very disappointed in the way the flowers looked.So the price and the condition of the flowers are very overrated.I am here to say that if your order of flower does not meet what the website shows there should be no issues when asking for some type of refund or another set of flowers to replace the old looking flowers that were delivered to my fiancee.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day, 2 days earlier.
They said that delivery was not guaranteed but in 97% of cases it will be on the selected day.
Of course it's late, I asked to cancel order, they said they cannot (come on, you don't prepare flowers 2 days earlier, right?).
I sent flowers for Valentine's day to Italy, to China and to Indonesia, never had any problem.
Customer service is very poor in my opinion.
I would never in my life order again with them and I regret I wasted my money ordering at their website.

Poor service, wouldn't help with the courier tracking. We had no idea where to collect the flowers from and have now wasted over 40 euros and received nothing.
They take no ownership even though they have the contract with the courier.
Copy and pasted messages and repetitive responses.
These were sympathy flowers which makes this situation even worse, no sympathy from Blumenshop!

I am very disappointed. I ordered red roses to surprise someone I love, and although they take the phone number of the recipient, they say the delivery person doesn't take anybody on call. I said okay, so I chose a redirection to a DHL branch. The lady went there to pick up the delivery, but in the branch, they didn't want to give it to her, so they sent it back. When I reached out to customer support, they just kept sending me some links; they don't offer a warranty, bla bla. What kind of customer support is that? You're supposed to be there to help your customer, to win him, so he stays your customer. But not even a moment did I feel that they cared at all about my problem; they didn't even want to listen to what I had to say.
Very flexible to change the address as I made a mistake when I ordered, and the bouquet arrived on time as expected. I recommend it.

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to make me happy, paid for them, and despite multiple telephone calls and emails to the shop, we haven't received them even after 2 days. The shop claimed they would deliver the flowers and made unfounded excuses, such as saying my address was incorrect. In the end, they failed to deliver the flowers, ruining our joyful moments. I cannot forgive them for their irresponsibility, and I would never recommend such a service to anyone."
It may not be their fault but they do need to review their contract with DHL. I ordered the flowers days in advance only to receive an email from DHL this morning that they will not be delivered on the day. There is no other explanation or a time frame for when the flowers will be delivered either. I regret having made this order from this shop.
Edit: To add insult to injury, they responded to my complaint saying that for those customers who select the DHL "...delivery on the desired delivery day, with the shipping method selected by you, the standard shipping, is not guaranteed." What a joke of a company!
