It was very unpleasant experience. My flower didn't go on desired day or later. They didn't reply clearly what was happening. They didn't give my money back either. They offered me voucher or replacement in the end only. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Everything great & delivery man was patient, so the surprise could be finished.
If you want to surprise your beloved person by sending him/her flowers as a gift, just forget about it with blumenshop.de. Their service combined with DHL delivery is awful. My wife spent a whole day waiting for the carrier who has never come. The package with the flowers which are supposed to be 'fresh' was delivered to DHL branch. But even after two days the flowers are not there, and she can't pick them up. Instead of surprise and a gift, your recipient should go somewhere and search for the package. We have sad experience with blumenshop.de and will never order flowers there.

They promised a guaranteed delivery on the chosen day (in this case January 14, my daughter's birthday), subject to an additional 11.95 euros extra charge. Just because of that guarantee, I ordered the bouquet here and paid the extra charge. However, without informing me in advance, the seller did not keep his promise and the plan to surprise my daughter with a fresh bunch of flowers on her birthday thus failed. 3 days later I received a message from the transport company DHL that the flowers could be picked up at a pickup point. I contacted the seller about this and asked for my money back. The seller only refunded those extra costs, but refused to refund the remaining amount of 42,95 euros. He thought that my daughter should pick up the flowers and send a picture of the bouquet to him, so that he could judge whether the bouquet was still fresh enough! I kept insisting that my money should be refunded. Finally, the seller was willing to send me a replacement bouquet or give me a coupon. However, I just wanted my money back. Because of my bad experiences with this company, I didn't want to be a customer anymore. With a voucher, I'm forced to remain a customer. A replacement bouquet is completely out of the question, my daughter's birthday is long gone.... The seller completely ignores my arguments and stubbornly sticks to his proposal to give me a voucher or a replacement bouquet.
Even the intervention of Paypal yielded nothing. Paypal informed me that the seller has given proof of delivery and that for them the case is closed. That the time of delivery was CRUCIAL here is completely ignored.

I ordered flowers for friends in Germany, but they were never delivered and customer service was no help. My friend was home all day, but the doorbell never rang, and they had my friend's telephone number but never called. They left a card with the address where the flowers could be picked up, but when my friend tried to pick up the flowers, he was refused because he didn't have the requiredDHL bar code. Neither he nor I ever received a bar code.
When I contacted customer service, the first response was a form letter that didn't respond to my complaint. The second response was equally unhelpful. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered flowers well ahead of time to be delivered as a Christmas gift. Instead of receiving the bouquet I ordered, the recipient received a cheap looking bunch that looked like they were starting to wilt. Blumenshop acknowledged that the flowers I ordered were not available so a different and cheaper bouquet was sent. Instead of refunding me for my order which came to 60 euros, they offered to send a random bouquet to the recipient (for half the price of my original order) or a voucher for 30 euros. I requested to speak to the manager but they have ignored me. Do not shop here.

I have ordered a premium bouquet to be delivered with standard delivery. The delivery was delayed by THREE days, meaning FIVE days after they were sent of course, the flowers were all dead and 60 euro wasted. Very very bad service, do not recommend to anyone!
Ich habe einen Premium-Strauß bestellt, der mit Standardlieferung geliefert wird. Die Lieferung verzögerte sich um DREI Tage, was bedeutet, dass FÜNF Tage nach dem Versand natürlich alle Blumen tot waren und 60 Euro verschwendet wurden. Sehr sehr schlechter Service, niemandem empfehlen!

Great and fast delivery. I have nothing to complain about and highly satisfied by the most recent experience.
It is hard when you cannot give flowers personally to bellowed ones. Blumenshop is a valid alternative in these times when traveling is a problem if not impossible. The Homepage is kept simple and functional, navigation is easy and all informations, even shipment costs, are visible whithout searching. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, corresponding the advertised assemble and were delivered just in time. The packing was solid, preventing damage.
I could live with less emails from the shop. One order confirmation and the statement, that the flowers will be delivered in time should suffice.
