We've owned a BluStream 4x4 4K HDBaseT Matrix HMXL44AB at one of the venues I've managed for a few years, recently we had an issue with one of the HDBaseT channels not transmitting to the receiver. Despite my device falling outside of the warranty period, the technical support team (Elliot & Chris) were very helpful and willing to help troubleshoot the device. It's not very often you get a tech support team who respond within ten minutes of the initial email either - so credit where credit is due! Happy to report my device is working again with no issues.
