Good advance communication, on time pick up, friendly and professional staff, reasonably careful with items

Great customer service all the way from start to completion

I was informed about the pick up date and time through out the process.
The men were polite and efficient.

Team provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job removing our furniture!

Donated an electric hospital bed which is an option in the drop down menu, but when the driver arrived he said no one accepts those as donations and it would have to be recycled for an additional cost. This information should be upfront and transparen on tbe site before committing and scheduling a pickup

Men were very polite and cooperative, accepting an additional item I had not listed.

The movers were very professional and quickly moved my items.

I did not realize a junk removal company was going to pick up our donations. Gives the impression my donations were going to be thrown away vs reused. The appliances were not protected from one another or from other stuff in the truck. Not sure what condition they were in when they got to wherever they were going. The refrigerator was nearly new and should have been treated better.
My communications with Resupply were good. No complaints.

Excellent service from booking to the two drivers arriving promptly and quickly were able to fit my dining table thru my small door
It was so easy and quick and seamless
And knowing my furniture went to a good cause was icing on the cake 😊

Pick up was great ! But pricing was really high. Booking process was really easy.

The guys texted me saying they were on their way and it wasn’t long after and they were pulling into my parking lot. There were four guys and they were polite and very friendly, took care of business swiftly and seamlessly.

I know someone will need my good old sofa

The moving team (Kadeem & crew) were friendly, professional and quick. I thought the entire process was so easy. It took a few minutes to schedule online & I was impressed by how soon I could get on the schedule. I will definitely use this service again if needed.

ReSupply partner company brought almost new items to disposal instead of a re-use charity, even though that’s how i engaged with ReSupply in first place. as soon as partner company came in, told me immediately that initial charity would not take (again, even though that’s who i initially connected with). then, partner said would charge me a disposal fee - though said i would cancel rather than have items disposed of. then said they would find an alternate charity. once i signed off, contacted ReSupply to find out the alternate charity and the said partner had to dispose of and had already done so, when i gave them an alt charity that would accept. asked for money back, for services not rendered. but they said i was still helping by using them to get rid of items - total bs - and besides, partner did not charge me disposal fee in end, regardless of me paying their extra fees specifically to have items DONATED FOR REUSE! Customer service was quick to respond, but unhelpful in end.

Curtis and his team provided excellent service; with speed, kindness, efficiency and effectiveness.
All three men are strong and exp.
