I also bought a Bluedeep 145 pint model # 145DK in 2023. Blower motor making noise. I've emailed, called, used there website contact... finally some guy named Jack emailed and didn't say where he was from just asked me a bunch of standardized questions just to respond. I answered all his questions and sent pictures as asked. It's been 6 days and No response.

They already kicked off amazon for this product. Had said 5 year warranty. BUT they obviously DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! Look at all the 1 star reviews on Amazon. If you have an issue, they will DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. Don’t waste your money.

Yes They do not pick up there phone. It's a google voice number. What reputable company uses google??
If you dont believe me try to reach out to them before you buy.

Exact replacement filter, so when I crawl under the house to change the filter I can bring out the existing filter to clean and dry for the next replacement.

They DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Look at all the 1 star reviews on Amazon. If you have an issue, they will DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. Don’t waste your money. I had a 145 unit professionally installed by a crawlspace encapsulation company. The unit died 2.5 years after install. The unit has a 5 year warranty. BlueDeep says the warranty does not apply because it was professionally installed. So they want random homeowners installing and then the warranty is valid…that is just crazy. They had me do some trouble shooting and they realized the unit was dead. Instead of honoring their warranty, they offered me 30% off an any product. I argued with them, they told me to send in a bill for purchase & install of the unit. I did just that. Since then, almost 2 weeks ago, they have ghosted me. Their phone number is a google voice number. What reputable company has a google voice number for their business? I am taking this to the better business bureau, Trust Pilot and further if they do not resolve the issue this week. Absolutely, so not purchase from this company. Once again, they DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! They constantly talk about how important my issue is and they will get it resolved. They clearly don’t GAS.

It brings down the humidity In the air very quickly

I came across an ad by Bluedeep on Facebook and decided to purchase one to try out. This dehumidifier is well made and of good quality. I have purchased another 10 units and they worked well. I will purchase more in the future if needed.

This is an excellent device, a bit cumbersome,but work well. It effortlessly reduces the humidity in the basement from 65% to 40%. The musky scent no longer permeates the basement, and it even swiftly fills a bucket with water. Lastly, I purchased an elongated hose to directly drain the water into the sewer. Highly recommended.

I purchased this dehumidifier because it is the latest model on the market, and it features a more advanced control panel. Before installing it in the basement of my home (a sizable undertaking indeed), I conducted several days of testing in the living room to assess its performance. So far so good.

This new dehumidifier has worked great. Has led readout. Washable filter is great. Would buy again and will switch to Bluedeep from Sante Fe.

We are very happy with the quality of the product and shipping was fast.

Great customer service! We have Bought 10 now haven’t had any issues since we switched from Aprilaire to them.
