Avoid at All Costs – Unprofessional and Unreliable Accounting Firm
My 2024/25 tax return was mishandled on several fronts. Despite providing all necessary information well in advance, the return was never submitted, and critical details — such as my departure from the UK and business cessation — were completely missed, despite clear communication on my part.
In addition, crypto-related income was reported incorrectly, and I had to identify and correct these errors myself.
To make matters worse, after raising these issues, the accountant became completely unresponsive, leaving me in a stressful situation and forcing me to take over the process personally.
The overall service was extremely poor — marked by a lack of attention to detail and unacceptable communication. I would not recommend this firm to anyone in need of reliable or professional tax support.
