I purchase a heated blanket from a store whilst I was away from home, when I got home it broke after a few uses. I didn’t have my receipt but called B&M customers services who sorted it out with no issue. They went an email receipt for me to get a full refund in any b&m store. Very easy and quick, and Isobel was very friendly and super efficient

Great experience today at my local store, I went to a different store the other day and the lady on the till didn’t give me a receipt but I went to my local store today to see if I could change my purchase and the guy on the till gave me the number so I could phone customer service and they were able to find my purchase and email me the receipt so I could change what I had bought. Both the man on the till and the customer service lady were so helpful

You really need to sort your refund policy out it is completely ridiculous I am furious with the way you have treated me for a trivial amount of money and something I would never even contemplate worrying over.
I bought a £6 product that had a missing piece the main one but hey ho but because I did not have a receipt despite all your stickers on the box there is no recompense. It was only because I was treated like an animal by your so called supervisor slash manager that I am angry If I had gone into your shop and stollen loads of stuff I think I would have been treated better.

794 Eastbourne where my parner works his name is Andrew Taylor his work colleague luke tester went to me as I went in and got Andy stuff he called me a trater for going into the store as Andrew Taylor doesn't want to step foot in there as he got assaulted there he was pinned up against the wall and came home with a massive scratch up he neck he forgot to take a photo off it but it was really bad

I purchased a solar powered chandelier and after a few weeks it stopped working. I contacted customer services and they (Krista) could not have been more helpful. I'd decided that if a replacement wasn't available I would prefer to keep the chandelier as it was still so pretty during the day. In the end I was offered a £10 gift card as well as keeping the item. I have been really impressed with the speed of response and the effort made to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome.

I bought a Milano 2 Seater Hammock from the Belle Vue (Hyde Road) store, but the instructions were missing from the box. I emailed customer services and received a reply from Jane first thing the next morning with the PDF manual attached.

Absolute exceptional service from a lady on till 3 on 26th April at 1:55pm in store 0805! This lady was not only chatty/ polite but was so cheerful and really put myself and husband in a great mood when we left. People working on tills do need more recognition! The noted A4 refill pad priced £1.50 for 180 pages on B&M website.
The actual item in the shop was only 140 pages for same price.
